He has admitted previously that he masturbates multiple times in the day. He has also said that ever since he's on vyvanse he has to be careful not to end up gooning all day so he tries not to masturbate or have sex until the end of the day, or so he says.

The girl was definitely flirting and sexting back. I don't think the parents talk is role-play if that's what you are suggesting. He just has a bunch of 18 to early 20s girls who message him.
Recently he has stated that a large amount of the women who end up messaging him are usually girls who's ex watched Destiny's content, and most of his fans are within that age range, so it makes sense for the girls to also be around that age. So it's some sort of revenge for them to end up fucking him and trying to date him.
I'm curious why she ended up blocking him tho.

He has either deluded himself, or is purposely lying so he doesn't look bad. Those girls are fucking him as a form of revenge on their ex.
