I love how April missing her court hearing is described as a "rumor". It's a fact!
So why did the judge say in open court that both Nick and the whore had failed to appear?

So either Aaron lied to his audience, or the judge lied to the courtroom. Hmm.

Aaron, your Balldo is on a little too tight. You should remove some of those rings. I think three will be enough for you.

Can’t she be arrested for this no show?
Read the last couple of pages. They just went ahead and convicted her, but stayed the conviction for 10 days in case she or Nick can cough up a good excuse for why they no-showed.

My guess is that the "If you fail to appear a warrant may be issued for your arrest" thing is just boilerplate language on a notice to appear form they use for a lot of different offenses. They probably don't do it very often for very minor traffic offenses. It seems like it would be a waste of law enforcement resources.

I also like how he and the co-host are whining about people paying attention to this speeding ticket.

I don't know if Aaron understands this isn't just Melton and Reddit laughing at this shit anymore. Nobody here would actually care about her ticket, but for the fact she used gay skeletor as her attorney.

Nick starts his stream 20+ minutes late to start talking about his illness. Rattling off of recorded temperatures.

Asked by chat if he enjoyed court that day, Nick says he was "very very sick, again, and mornings are particularly rough, soooo". Note: the hearing was at 2:15pm via Zoom, and Rekieta streamed for an hour on Locals the previous night.

This is what felted looks like:

It shows up on a lot of tickets. It almost never happens. If it does they usually already hate you for some reason. The usual result is what actually did happen, that you get convicted of it. And Minnesota is apparently lenient enough to give you a 10 day slide time where you can cough up some kind of excuse.

It's still utterly embarrassing to be a so-called "lawyer," much less a "Lawl Pope," lmao, and not show up to the only case you have had in years.

"Your Honor, I was aspirating on cocks, drunk as a skunk, and April was driving my kids around while my wife was on an emergency rewatch of Deep Space 9."

Am I missing something about this DnD Vecna campaign story? Because it’s looking like he grabbed a clickbait headline ten minutes before the show and is now spinning his wheels about culture wars that have nothing to do with the article.

Something I find incredibly frustrating about Nick is how ambiguous his life is. What's his mystery illness? Who's the corner demon, and why must they never interrupt the show? What's Nick and his wife doing while the kids beg the April's pet cuck for food? So fucking bizarre.

Skipping court also seemed to be an unnecessary gamble. There was no bench warrant issued, and I suppose they have 10 days to straighten things out, but is the lawyer being sick an excusable reason to mess out? If so, then alright, but you still kicked the can down the road.

I never understood what he was going to do if he did appear. The judge isn't going to give her a more special deal because Nick is there. There are zero grounds to fight a ticket like this.

About all he could have done was to ask for a delay in anticipation of asking for more delays later to delay the verdict for as long as possible. Maybe if she has enough recent tickets, that would have been useful.

But hiring an attorney and then no-showing the trial is just stupid.
He was gonna do the "you know im pro bono right, judge?" move on the judge. Worked last time.

The irony of Rekieta liking this tweet, today of all days.

As an aside, what an insufferable piece of shit. This dude is exhibit A in why so many people want to lynch rich people. He's flaunting that laws are basically a poor tax. Most Americans would not be able to eat back to back $150 speeding fines just because "fuck it."

As much as I hate fags that talk about muh Scandinavia, I think the Nordic countries actually got it right when they decided to assess fines for minor infractions based off of income and wealth, to insure that everyone is impacted the same.

It's not ambiguous we all know what it is.
What's his mystery illness?
AIDS. Cirrhossis. Manorexia.
Who's the corner demon, and why must they never interrupt the show?
April.

She's passed out in a pill coma while Nick is screaming at hallucinatory ceiling cats.

Nick didn't even think about it. He's literally that retarded. He just actually took a case and then blew it off. He might not have even known he had a case to show up to. That's how retarded he is.

Minnesota is apparently really lenient on this so maybe just Nick being an oblivious drunken retard is enough to get out of this.

Makes sense because he sleeps through the morning and gets up at like 4pm. 2:15pm might as well be 2:15am for his broken sleeping schedule.
And he wonders why he's depressed. Even without substance abuse, a fucked up sleep schedule is so, so bad for your mental health. If you have to work a job at night that's one thing, but there's no logical reason why Nick needs to stream into the morning hours. By the time it's midnight on the west coast you're already well past when most people with jobs are listening to streams. Nick has mentioned numerous times that his audience is 'working class', does he think most people don't have to get up in the morning to work? Aside from like truckers or some motherfucker lifting boxes in a warehouse, who's up all night, let alone that would want to listen to a millionaire moan about his shitty life?
