I woke up this morning with this in my underwear. It came out of my vaginal canal and I am scared I lost my vaginal lining. It is tube shaped and all in one piece. Is it common to pass something like this or do I need to call my doctor? I am freaking out and currently almost a month post op My surgery was April 5th. Please help, I have so much anxiety.

Kamol has had a reputation as a Mengele level Shop of Horrors for a while, maybe not to the level of Kathy Rumer, or Fabius Bile Curtis Cetrulo's truly insane Fleshcrafting experiments with tentacles and trunks attached to peoples waistlines, but Kamol is one of the worst places I've heard about outside the US.

I know theres the guy over in Jefferson Davis Parish in Louisiana thats killed 8 people, and theres the Long Island killer thats been going for about 20 years now.
Supposedly some guy in Mesa, Arizona too.
I don't know about the rest but the thought of 11 of the fuckers out there is yet another reason to stay strapped.

I don't know, serial killing seems like something that requires more forward planning than the average Troon has, I don't think most of them would become Buffalo Bill types.

Not wishing to PL, but I've got health issues.*

When I started getting ill, it was the late 90s/early 00s . 75% of the doctors I saw were great. 25% weren't particulary nice but not bad doctors. In hospitals as an in-patient it was mostly the nurses who were the scary ones.

Gradually as time has worn on, 99% doctors I've seen are incompetent, don't care, don't listen, or are literal psychopaths. If you complain about anything, they'll be willfully malicious and do stuff like purposely signing off prescriptions late, and just make your life as difficult as possible. nd it's not just me experiencing this. The butchery seen on this thread is just the tip of the iceberg.

Dealing with doctors and clinicians cause me more stress and health issues than my actual health conditions.

*Real ones, not reddit ones. I'm also not a zoomer and actually have a work ethic.

Too many of these "doctors" nowadays are just assholes who are in it for the money.
That's not to say, there never where any, just that it's more painfully obvious so many are. And if money is your sole motivator for being in the health field, you are not gonna give a damn about what your patient has to say, especially when they sign away the right to sue like the troons do.

Yeah I'd agree with that. Most of them don't have the impulse control and the planning ability. To be a sucessful serial killer over a period of years requires (ironically considering the loss of control during the actual attacks) a lot of self control and cunning, especially with advances in modern forensics and Behavioral Science. Its not the 1970's anymore. Guys like Richard Ramirez would have been caught quickly today. The BTK or Green River level guys or guys like Bundy, the charming, intelligent Jekyll and Hyde guys able to hold down complete separate lives, some with families, have always been the rarest kind.
Troons aren't like that as a rule.
I agree Troons are far more likely to try and shoot up fucking Elementary Schools like the Pooner Shooter Hale, or that sick fuck they caught the other day.
Troonified serial killers in the past, Buffalo Bill type guys like Ed Gein, or Dahmer (I know he wasn't a Troon) to an extent were virtual recluses, which is why they were able to get away with stuff for so long.
Gein wasn't technically a serial killer anyway, his furniture wasn't from people he killed, the guy was a grave robber. He got caught when he killed someone in his town, woman who owned the Hardware Store I think.

Just in case anyone is interested:
I'm not sure how it works in the US and elsewhere, but if you go privately for an OP in Australia then you will be operated on by the actual consultant surgeon that you are paying for.

If you're having surgery in the public system, most of the time those are teaching hospitals and the consultant surgeon is supposed to remain in the operating theatre to teach, assist, and monitor the junior surgeons.

If it's a nothing procedure with minimal complications the consultants will usually just linger around the theatre ward (outside of the OR) having chats.

Yeah some of these Thai Hospitals are notorious for that particular bait and switch.
They'll have these surgeons like Suporn or Kamol that are famous as Troon surgeons, and the Troon will pay thinking it'll be them doing the surgery. They get to the hospital, and Suporn or whoever greets them, does their intro, he comes by to see them, then he'll be around all suited up while they're getting put under where the troon and their family can see him, but then when the Troon is out cold and the operating room doors are closed, the famous Doc will maybe do the first incision, and then pass the scalpel over to some fucking trainee and fuck off out the back door to get his suit back on ready to meet the next desperate faggot thats there to get their dick flayed and stuffed, knowing they're in the capable hands of the famous Dr Suporn.

Its quite a shady trick they pull, and its why a lot of the time these surgeries have catastrophic complications, its not Dr Jaggidkut Poonwrong, with thousands of patients on his books doing the dick flaying, its Jr. Dr Fukit Allup, but don't worry, he's observed it being done three or four times now, and he's technically a surgeon, and Dr Poonwrong is only in the next room across town at a fancy restaurant, what can go wrong?
