For anyone that doesn't know the story behind this picture - he was arguing with somebody on Twitter and they said he probably has a monobrow. So he took this picture to prove them wrong and tweeted it out for the world to see, nostril hairs and all. He really was born to be a lolpig.

Yes, for sure. Pro se just means you are representing yourself. In pauperis forma would mean you are a poorfag and can waive your court fees. But even then, you could still get stuck with opponents legal fees (although there can be extra hurdles), just they'd be unlikely to collect.

However, in this case, I am sure Patrick will file his case "sum fartus pepperonum", so all legal battles will be decided by an eating contest.

Is being mentally ill something which lawsuits and attempts to sue be thrown out over?
I am not saying that Lesley is mentally ill, but assuming she could get a quack to diagnose her and then refer to the fact that Fatrick has acknowledged her mental illness to get the judge to dismiss the case and charge Fatrick with frivolous use of the legal systems to abuse the mentally ill, could that be a possibility?
