Oh and here’s another quote from that article I posted yesterday. It cites a source from the mid 90’s. What do you all think?

The study that the author linked was done on artificial vaginas of women with vaginal agenesis, so I’m not sure how that would support the notion of troons having “real” vaginas. The technique that was used was a modified Abbe-Mcindoe technique of vaginoplasty with split-thickness skin graft. Can troons get a neovagina with this technique at all? It apparently uses a dermal graft.

I can say without doubt that this is the worst, most ridiculous amhole I have ever laid my unfortunate eyes on. In this thread or anywhere else. I would still be surprised if it was actually the case that the histological analysis was identical, especially given that a cursory google search shows me that dissatisfaction with the results of that technique have led to several different attempts in more recent years at changing the lining material to improve results. This one is from 2011 and talks about growing in vitro tissue from the person to use as lining (given that vaginal agenisis is not actually the entire absence of a vagina, but a malformation of usually the upper part towards where the uterus should be)
I don't know if anyone has gone out to specifically disprove a Romanian medical paper from the 90s about the tissue of neovaginas from their techniques. I doubt it made enough of a splash to warrant that much attention. That being said, in cases like this the surgeon is working with external genitals and partial structures already present, and the body has the advantage of having a body plan that supports the space where the vagina should be. In particular the obvious difference is that the endocrinology of these women is female and the usually even have ovaries. They have clitorises, they have a vaginal opening if not a complete canal. It's just not comparable.
Regarding post #25,363: That's actually a pretty good looking vaginoplasty. If they all looked like this, this thread would be a lot shorter.

Most vaginas are not, to my knowledge, that asymmetrical. Also that clitoris looks like they glued the flayed glans of a penis onto his crotch. Which I guess is fine since that's what it is

Well, when was the last time you used a mirror and looked at your fanny? Did it look anything even remotely similar to that picture? I also have a vagina but it's a lot harder for us to see our own parts and thus we generally don't even really know what it looks like ourselves. I think maybe you need to google some pictures of regular vaginas and you'll see it's not even close.
For one, the clitoris is not that pronounced in most women, let alone that shape. That is straight up just a filleted penis head. And secondly, do you see those deflated ballsacks at the bottom...? Nasty.
