This makes me want to ask this. Has there ever been any news where crazy surgeons are trying to create working testes and sperm for "trans men"? Some crazy medical personnel keep talking about the "possibility" of TIMs getting pregnant and giving birth, but I've yet to hear of anything in regards to TIFs and the idea of them being able to impregnate someone. Seems like another case of TRAs not caring about TIFs or maybe something like that is harder than womb transplants for TIMs .

Pretty sure that’s because uterine transplants are being developed for women who have to have their uterus removed young. They aren’t for men to get them. A male partner with no sperm isn’t as big of an issue because there’s lots of healthy sperm to be able to use in an insemination process. Way more sperm available that uteri. Plus a uterine transplant requires AI to produce a pregnancy anyway.

ETA: They aren’t transplanting ovaries, so it’s not discriminatory to not be transplanting testes.

By this definition--given that he points out himself that "woman" means "adult female human"--isn't a 13-year-old girl who has gone through puberty relatively early and passes as a woman, also a woman? If appearance and how you are perceived by random strangers socially is what matters, why does that apply to sex but not age?

This also reminds me of a 1980's-era science fiction series called "V" that had a lot of hype associated with it at the time, which I clearly remember even if I can only recall the last three years of the 1980's. @Aunt Carol probably knows what I mean. Anyway, you had a race of reptilian aliens that referred to themselves simply as "Visitors" that came down to Earth to set up colonies as their own planet was dying in exchange for their advanced technology.

Anyway, the Visitors presented themselves as benign and benevolent, and they wasted no time in setting up a massive PR campaign on Earth complete with putting up propaganda on billboards or posters:

I think it’s because on some level, conscious or unconscious, TRAs understand that it’s impossible to make a human body to produce opposite sex gametes. They’re still stupid enough to think all you need to get pregnant and grow a pregnancy is a vacant uterus stuffed into your abdomen.
