I don’t know if that’s universal though. Many may explain it in detail but these patients are too ignorant to understand, too dumb to learn, too eager to care.

I once had a serious medical experience, and I’d talk with other patients with same diagnosis, same treatment, and even the same doctor as me. Many, the majority, didn’t really understand what was going on, what the medications were, what the outcome might be…it was incredibly eye-opening to see how medically illiterate most people are. Worse, most wanted me to explain things to them rather than look it up for themselves and actually learn. (I am not in the medical field.) I’d encourage them to ask the doctor but-for all this talk of “teams” many seem very afraid to ask doctors questions or to ask them to explain something they don’t understand. Then they get pissed when the doctor didn’t tell them, when it was really them not understanding.

I’ve no doubt that trannies are much worse than somebody struck by an illness, and the physicians more devious, but I also think the same thing plays out with them too. That’s why the Reddit group is popular, they just want the answers they want without even learning the questions.

In Spain there's Bibi Andersen who is 70 years old. He became famous in the 80's and it's been a celebrity ever since, every spaniard over 40 knows who he is. Wikipedia says he got the stinkditch in 1991 in London but by his own account he had already been butchered operated on by a doctor in Tanger some years prior and he's been taking hormones since his late teens.

I know that patients frequently hear only what they want to hear. And often they don't want to hear the inconvenient disclaimer from all the complications of a procedure that you just explained to them. I had many personal experiences from that.

But I'm very biased. It is my opinion that these procedures aren't ethical at all. And I'm not expecting ethical behavior from the butchers that do it. Yes, I'm an asshole for that. That's not a good rational standard, and I should give them the benefit of the doubt.

They probably explain all the complications. But I'm inclined to believe that in the most underwritten way possible. Selling you to believe that almost it never happens and it won't happen to you (without explicitly saying so). But I don't have any evidence for that. It is just my biased opinion.

Yeah all he's gonna do is permanently damage the function of his hand. If he's lucky it'll be minor, something like the ability to feel hot or cold, or loss of sensation, but he'll still be able to use it. If he's unlucky he'll lose the ability to use it completely and it'll just hang there.

I think he’s talking about a cable graft - basically it’s a piece of vascularised nerve that’s taken and attached to two ends nerve stumps and the idea is that it provides the scaffolding for the nerve to grow along. They often do this for facial injuries to try to fix important things like being able to close your eyelids. I’m not sure which nerve he means by ‘in the wrist’ but the most common one used is the sural nerve which runs down the leg and inervates part of the lower leg. I think they can take a nerve as well that inner area the forearm (medial cutaneous? Been a long time since I did any anatomy…)

But it will be pointless. There is no ‘clit’ to hookup. Nerve grafts work for things where there is a gap in transmission - so if you’ve had a surgery and removed a tumour for example and had to take a bit of nerve out. You can’t just shove a nerve graft into this guys crotch and expect erotic sensation.

They probably used what was left of her actual clit that wasn't damaged though. The clitoris is more than just whats at the surface, (from medical diagrams I've seen it looks sort of like the Kiwi Farms logo with the end of the beak being the only part visible ) depending how hack happy the fucking monsters that did that to the woman go with the scalpel, there was likely a fair bit left under the surface, so to speak.
It's much easier to try to repair that than create an entirely new organ for a Troon when there is nothing and no analogous structure to build off of.
