Dr. Crane also does species-confirming surgery by applying tails to dysphoric birds.

What saddens me the most is that theseSurgeonsbutchers don't explain any of that to their "patients", and they know all about this
plus she's fucking gross. I mean, something about a "man" with a vagina is so much more repulsive than the traditional chicks-with-dicks trannies, imo (maybe because I'm a straight woman, I don't know)Unpopular opinion and top hat me idc, but I can't stand OG pooner Buck Angel. Occasionally she says some reasonable things about the current state of troon political madness, but so does my boomer aunt. Buck has what I call "John Waters syndrome": she wants her transgressive behavior to be legal, lauded, and influential, but not TOO influential because she depends upon the society at large remaining uptight and square enough that she can still be comfortably and safely transgressive. Total luxury beliefs. She wants to be able to holler about being judged but still freak out the squares. I cannot take someone like Buck seriously when they go on social media and gripe about troon medicine, media, politics, etc having gone too far, or about herself being the real thing and others posers, etc. Bitch, you helped usher this in. Congratulations
Oldest one of any prominence was Jan MorrisSince we're on the topic of this, is there any prominent older trans woman in the media who didn't transition late in life? I've been actually searching for it all morning and I can't find one older trans story where it wasn't about a man transitioning in their 50s or 60s, I can't find anyone who transitioned like 20-30 years ago and is being held up as a success example. Obviously there's an implied gotcha in this question, because I think we know the answer as to why they are so rare, but it's actually sort of shocking how hard it is for me to find it, even if I was just genuinely interested and not coming at it from the angle this thread.
They‘re all so fucking hoity-toity and superior. The mangled remains of your dick rotted off because of your own hubris. I don’t think you’re in any position to Le Sigh over the stupidity of the medical staff. Objectively the stupidest, most deluded people in the world, and they still look down on everyone else with lofty disdain. Fuck the doctors for destroying your kidneys with antibiotics to stop you dying of sepsis. If only this could have been prevented somehow.I know that this is going to be a race between getting relief of some kind and excruciating pain. They show all the speed and care of snail on thorazine and are convinced that I just need a Foley. I tell them that my anatomy is weird and that it's not going to work. Spoiler, I'm right.
There's Amanda/Armand Lepore, an HSTS who is now in his late 50's: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amanda_LeporeSince we're on the topic of this, is there any prominent older trans woman in the media who didn't transition late in life? Buck Angel is like the only example I can find of any notability, and he's basically on the outs, otherwise it would seem that older trans people (as in those who transitioned a long time ago) are essentially absent from any of the trans cult agitprop.

I don’t know if that’s universal though. Many may explain it in detail but these patients are too ignorant to understand, too dumb to learn, too eager to care.
I once had a serious medical experience, and I’d talk with other patients with same diagnosis, same treatment, and even the same doctor as me. Many, the majority, didn’t really understand what was going on, what the medications were, what the outcome might be…it was incredibly eye-opening to see how medically illiterate most people are.
Jennifer Carpenter has a jaw a blacksmith could use to shape horseshoes.Rumer Willis is probably the woman with the most masculine jaw I have seen in pop culture
I picked up one of his travel books in the library when I was a kid, because it had been referenced in another book I was reading. It was a weird experience, I kept thinking something was off, this lady doesn't write with a female sounding voice, basically, these references sound like something a guy would say, and such. Many years later I found out "she" was a tranny and it all made sense. It's hilarious that he couldn't even "pass" on the written page being read by a completely naive kid.
Yeah all he's gonna do is permanently damage the function of his hand. If he's lucky it'll be minor, something like the ability to feel hot or cold, or loss of sensation, but he'll still be able to use it. If he's unlucky he'll lose the ability to use it completely and it'll just hang there.A fake clitoris from hand nerves? Lol what? A clitoris has 8,000 nerves. You won’t feel shit from hand nerves sexually.
They probably used what was left of her actual clit that wasn't damaged though. The clitoris is more than just whats at the surface, (from medical diagrams I've seen it looks sort of like the Kiwi Farms logo with the end of the beak being the only part visibleThe tv show Nip-Tuck built a woman who had FGM when young a brand new clit using the tip of one of her toes. Maybe they can do that for troons.
Nip/Tuck is the equivalent of Grey’s Anatomy, House, or Royal Pains. There might be medical-ish info in there, but I bet actual doctors use it as a drinking game. The tv show Nip-Tuck built a woman who had FGM when young a brand new clit using the tip of one of her toes.
