Distilling alcohol without a license is a federal crime. Bootlegging is also illegal in Wyoming, pursuant to W.S. § 12-8-102(a), although this statute specifically exempts mead by name, along with beer and wine, so long as you make less than 100 gallons per year for a single person household. In Wyoming it's a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1,000 fine, one year in jail, or both (although the likelihood of actually doing jail time for common bootlegging is pretty slim). The federal offense is a felony punishable by up to 5 years in the pokey, but the feds really could not give less of a shit about one regard making bogshine in a trailer in Wyoming.

Yeah, I know he's all good on the homebrewing. Distilling is a whole other beast, however. Nothing you get out the other side could be claimed to be mead, beer, or wine, those might just be your feedstock.

It's both the tube and tire. However, he is literally too retarded to do this extremely simple repair. Last time he had a flat, he brought it to a bike shop to be replaced. He cannot operate a can opener, which is kind of hilarious that he tried to install an engine on his walmart bike.

Anyway, even if he did replace the tube, last time he got a flat he cut the tire off, and rode it home on the rim, which of course fucked the rim up and made it sharp and abrasive, which is why he continued to get flats. The whole tire needs to be replaced and his chain tightened as it slips off every 30 seconds. But like sicko said, it doesn't matter the laziness has set in, and he has a constant influx of paypig cash for ubers, doordash, and liquor delivery. There's no need to hunt for snipes or walk to the store for booze at 8am, unfortunately.

It's about the tax revenue too, if you remember back in the Prohibition days the agents chasing down moonshiners were from the IRS, (the "revenuers") since they were selling untaxed, "non-medicinal" alcohol. Today it's $13.50 of federal excise taxes per gallon of distilled spirits, so for a gallon of an average vodka like Smirnoff that's 18% of the price.

Realistically though, unless you're actually selling your homemade liquor you're not going to run into any trouble. There's no law against owning distilling equipment itself of course, if you want to you can buy a still on Amazon.
