It was a video interview of a black dude with glasses, honestly now that I'm thinking about it I think it was in a smokey mcc video. The wrangler, the black guy, I think was named Jonas.

Oh wow you found an interview from Jonas? He was a black south African that Daniel lived with in one of the first group homes. You can see him in a lot of videos of Daniel from about 2-3 years ago I think. I'd like to see that interview because the one I was thinking about was just a audio call and I've heard it was probably a troll. But if you found a video interview w/ Jonas it should be pretty easy to decide if it's the same guy seen in a few of his videos.

I've just always found it interesting he goes from like "The motel is trying to kill me" over and over again to perfectly calm cool and collected soon as the cops show up. I think it's two parts, but bear in mind I'm not a mental health worker. I'm making an assumption based off of his mental health history and my own knowledge.

I would imagine he has some kind of attachment disorder with Borderline Personality Disorder (among many other things). Splitting is the biggest issue with BPD because everything is seen in black-and-white. It's like the stress of something puts them over the edge where there is no grey. There's no middle ground. They perceive others, or even themselves, as all good or all bad. A common symptom in this "splitting" is entering into anosognosia. Anosognosia is a biological condition and extremely common in people with severe mental illness. It prevents them from acknowledging they're experiencing symptoms of a brain disorder. If you've never experienced it it's hard to understand. It's almost like you blackout. You do and say things insane, horrible things that you would never do or say when lucid.

Of course, none of this is an excuse for his actions, but maybe an explanation? I think Daniel is capable of lucidity if he's in a controlled state of medication and therapy; and in a controlled environment. I believe the constant fear of abandonment (from Grace? from Bob? from the managers?) triggers that BPD response and pushes him into violent, fucking insane extremes. He's also low-IQ, autistic, and with little coping methods so I'm sure that doesn't help his impulse control either.

As to whether or not he's actually insane or just a massive brat, I think he's both. Even confirmed lunatics like Terry Davis would have periods of lucidity when he seemed genuinely aware and upset about his illness, but he was much smarter and, when he was lucid, seemed to be a nice guy too. When he was very ill he'd do unrestrained shit like jerking off on camera and (he claimed) killing his pet bird. Whereas Daniel does do crazy shit but never seems to have any periods of being nice, he just has a bit more awareness and self-control but uses it to be a manipulative little fucker. There's a difference in him between when he's seething and screaming and hitting himself, and when he's whining to Bob or trying to get free stuff.

for what it's worth, my paranoid schizophrenic father acts normal whenever the police are called on him. as it turns out, the extremely paranoid are hyper-aware of how people look at them and know they can evade suspicion by acting how they're expected to. daniel is extremely, extremely dumb, but even he knows that he needs to reel it back in areas that potentially have consequences.

I appreciate your ideas and I'm no mental health expert or anything I'm just making assumptions based off what I know and have learned. I find his splitting and hitting himself to be the most interesting part of his mental state. It's just wow I didn't know people could get that bad mentally they would beat themselves bloody like he has done multiple times. I bet he's broken his nose multiple times in the past either by hitting it with his fist or slamming it into the walls. Speaking of walls every place he has ever stayed at has an insane amount of holes in the wall. Like that time he had a whole apartment to himself, all he did was sleep on the floor and beat holes in the walls cuz his neighbor was loud. I loved the logic of that, let me ruin my apartment cuz my neighbor is being loud! Or the time he wouldn't sleep in his bed at I think Jonas's house cuz there was drywall on his bed. Fucker is to lazy to clean up the drywall you know he caused like man I feel bad for the poor people who gave him a place to stay. Every one of those places got destroyed, I'd love to see pictures of his house with his grandma. Really curious if he beat that house to shit too or if he was better with her. Yea I will say dude was seriously gangstalked, like those times people would find him on the streets and throw soda on him. Which probably made him a lot more unstable and paranoid. I've been thinking about this for a few days and I think i might know the answer. I've seen behavior like this before, in real life and online (Andrew Ditch pulls the exact same shit). Daniel Larson is a semi-faker, who genuinely does have it, but is just cognizant enough to use his disability to get what he wants.

Usually when schizophrenics, like this piece of shit, go through these horrible meltdowns and delusions; They usually try and make sure it never happens again. Daniel, however, goes out of his way to make sure his delusions take over. The person underneath is just as shitty as the paranoid schizophrenia. He barely knows how to use a smart phone, and yet he knows exactly where to find child porn. He's easy to manipulate and trick, but he also knows exactly how to manipulate people to let him go. He goes from screaming and calling people the N word, to completely calm and cool when the police arrive.

Let me make it clear though, daniel is still a dumbass who can barely read. why else would he be homeless? If he was smart, he would've just stayed at home and never made any attention to himself. The reason he does this shit is so that he can be a overtly open pedophile and not suffer any consequences for it. This is why he's been institutionalized multiple times and let off without any incidents, where as he will harass you for hours if you tell him no.
