Look at the Greer lawsuit. The American legal system is so completely retarded it allows one booger-eating idiot to be a COMPLETE waste of time and tax dollars for years at a time when in an even remotely sane world his case would have been dismissed and Mr. Pro Se jailed.

Willingly choosing to jump into the swamp is not something that you choose lightly, even with a strong case.

It's amazing people don't see the conflict of interest of hiring someone to investigate you over shit you allegedly did.

If they see you actually did something or that they have enough certainty that you actually did something bad, they will not take the case.

Have you actually seen a expert witness hired by the defense actually side with the accusation?

That shit barely happens even with financial audits and that shit is regulated as fuck, with most cases the actual shareholders or the holding company wanting to find out what's actually going on.
Heck, most financial audits that blew up were actually either people wanting to copy the company (Madoff) or someone leaking it because they knew they'd get fucked over by the SEC (Enron).

Bad optics, and you might eat the cost of it if the person you sue is broken. There is literally nothing to be gained here for them to sue.

As for the handwringing over the audit - no reputable law firm would kill their reputation for LTT. Third party audits are a standard procedure in these situations, what alternative would’ve been there?
Now it stands to reason they wouldn‘t have made the results public if they were bad, obviously.

Its keyboard warrior shit from Reddit. For some reason, there are people who think that talking about how much ass they could kick and then benevolently saying they won't makes them tough guys. It lines up with how the rest of the thing is written. I doubt they're ignorant to EKWB, because Linus loves to think he gets the last laugh on things. He probably religiously watches everything Steve does, to try and find him fucking up so he can try and do what Steve did to him.

As funny as it would be to sue Madison, you should always consider your target; does she have anything worth getting, and/or is an apology worth that many thousands of dollars to pursue? Something tells me her net worth hasn't skyrocketed and she's still living much like a poor college student; she has nothing to take.

I like how back in August Linus filed his "I'm not going to talk about it" notice as a [SOLUTION], that means it's over guys. No more mean comments!

I do wonder if the law firm strongarmed them into employment contract rewrites though, that would be expensive with LTT's hundred plus benchwarmers.

I'm a little surprised the BPD continues to be the warehouse fire that Linus focuses on. I thought the prior "investigation" had turned up shit on their manchildren employees acting like teenagers in their 30's, not that this all stemmed back to Madison.

You're looking at it as a zero sum game, bud. Madison being a BPD nutcase doesn't inherently make LTT look better. I don't think I've ever seen a single post here since the beginning of the drama unfolding that ever said Madison was 100% telling the truth.

We have a tech bro startup with child molesters and trannies overseen by an HR department run by the owner's Chinese wife with a video secretly recorded showing how insanely unprofessional and 'good old boys' club they took a sexual harassment claim. That's enough to know some serious shit was going down in that lair of degeneracy. All while they strive to virtue signal at every possible chance they get.

It's fully likely Madison exaggerated or imagined some shit, but we do know and has been proven she was right about some damning things:

- She was tricked in the whole employment process. Linus' tweet tries to downplay it in corporate speak as a "mistake" and "learning experience for the company" but it's there clear as day.
- They did not take her reports to HR seriously, else they wouldn't have broadcast the shit to a public room of retards who immediately start making jokes about stripping on tables during a sexual harassment lecture. Even Linus' tone during that recording was dripping with 'this isn't a big deal but you know I gotta do the CYA speech guys'.

Why exactly is this being brought up again? It's almost June - in just a little over 2 months, it'll be a year since the GN Pipebomb. Everyone's already forgotten about whatever may or may not have happened to Madison and the auctioned off water block that mogged her.

Did a new scandal pop up? Was Linus caught fucking Anthony?
