For a coke head there is no such thing, their consumption would only increase until it was gone. also that would be a shit ton of moneyI do not like baseless speculation, but as a joke: what if he bought, like, a year's worth of cocaine and had it in his house?
I will reiterate this because I think it got lost. I checked the Kandiyohi county police scanners, the Willmar police scanner, and the local state police scanner for the morning, and got nothing. It wasn't a 911 call, and it wasn't a traffic stop. I think this also rules out a wellness check - several wellness checks happened between 7:00 am and 11:00 am in Kandiyohi county, and none went to Nick's door.I was gonna say CPS hasn't put their case together yet. It's gonna get worse. CPS does NOT go easy on druggies.
It really depends on what he ends up getting actually pegged (lol) with by the DA. If the worst case hits and he had a serious volume of drugs, gets hit with the full gun charges, gets some child endangerment charges in on there, and who knows what else, I don't think it's out of the question they strip him of the license.Legal Mindset doesn't think Nick will lose his law license, depending on the outcome. He tends to think it might be suspended or he might get censured at most but not full disbarment.
I swear to god if he makes me support an action by the ATF I will hate him more than for the rampant drug use.It could also have been the ATF
Not sure if I was beat to this with how fast people have been posting, but:View attachment 6015937
I had a friend named Ramblin' nick
Who used to drink, snort coke, and lie
He thought he was the smartest guy in town
But I found out late Thursday
That nick got locked up that day
They've got him in the jailhouse way down town.
He's in the jailhouse now
He's in the jailhouse now
I told him once or twice
To quit popping pills and shooting smack
He's in the jailhouse now.
He's a boomer retard, he probably had them all autologin.Nick knows not to give the police access to his accounts/devices without a warrent. If it is the police, they must suspect him of some serious shit to bother with a search warrent for his social media.
May the Good Lord bless the MATI Archiver on YouTube.Josh's coverage is on the MATI archive channel. A few people archived it here IIRC. Both Josh and the Casino's coverage is also on Kick.
Yeah, I doubt he'd be the first lawyer to catch a coke charge (whether or not it sticks) and the gun factor is just kinda a bullshit thing to tack on. That's the kind of charges you give to a future astronaut out of the city for it to actually go anywhere. To be fair, Nick wasn't showing up to court high as a kite. I have no idea if he'll lose his license or not, but as to the question of what could be worse: Nick's situation was not a conflict of interest with his legal practice.
Probably just because it's his first offense and he could probably plea it down fairly easily if he isn't totally retarded. I'm not a lawyer but work with them at my job and have heard of attorneys nervous as hell about being disbarred for first offense DUIs in a couple states. If this kind of thing doesn't get you disbarred then what does?
That's more or less what I think. It's a possibility if he somehow manages to catch a conviction on some firearms charge. The drugs stuff is at most likely to result in a suspension, possibly with a rehab/psychiatric treatment requirement to get unsuspended. Actual disbarment is a rarity.Legal Mindset doesn't think Nick will lose his law license, depending on the outcome. He tends to think it might be suspended or he might get censured at most but not full disbarment.
Stealing client funds. Actual murder. That kind of shit.If this kind of thing doesn't get you disbarred then what does?
In short, you hope he enjoys prison. No amount of cope and sneed will allow Nicky to escape the reality that he is the source of his own fall. I hope jail time and sobriety will allow him to see that. For the record, the Kiwi Farms did not cause his arrest, it did not cause his alcoholism, nor did it cause his perverted nature. The Kiwi Farms did not invent these things, they exposed it.
Here's hoping Nick is arrogant and retarded enough to take this to trialBodycam used in active investigations that isn't subject to the rule about people killed by cops (which become public after 14 days) are in the highest protected category. So if it doesn't end up as part of a court record, it's probably (barring exceptions I don't know about) not subject to disclosure.
That said, it wouldn't be unheard of for a cop with access to something about someone he hates leaking it just to say fuck that guy, although that might not actually be legal.
I do think we should probably see the arrest warrant affidavit or whatever police report led to this fairly shortly, though. That will probably be worth some giggles. If it mentions stuff only known to Aaron we'll pretty much know who did it.
But imagine staying a lawyer when everyone knows all of this about you.
Probably got snitched on by the jilted ex. Maybe Aaron grew a pair of steel balls and called the cops on them? Would be funny if true. Give him a good chance of getting a favorable divorce.I'm speechless. I wonder what happened. Maybe they were loaded with drugs in public? Or some kind of home visit found drugs all over the house?

Well LM also mentioned that being a drug user as a lawyer isn't really unusual, you just don't want it jeopardizing you in the courtroom. Even drinking like Nick isn't that odd, because sometimes being a lawyer sucks ass.
Sometimes you help a good person win a court case, sometimes you see a good person lose and go to jail or get fined or whatever. Other times as a lawyer you have to defend genuinely shitty humans like pedos, murderers, rapists, and you may end up helping those people get acquitted, even if you knew they were guilty since you're just doing your job. Drugs and booze can help sort of keep the shitty parts of the job at bay.
