They had an enormous loss on an embedded derivative related to stock from the Digital World merger. There's a bunch of stuff going on with the convertible notes too, they were converted to equity.
These financials are exceptionally complex for a company with no revenue but I guess that's what you get with a SPAC.

If intelligence agencies determined it'd be just as inept and meandering as the last one the capitol just needs to refine their evac routine and then let the boomers make fools of themselves again.

How is them being incompetent not relevant? If 9/11 hijackers were as comically incompetent and easily distracted in the face of adversity as the January 6'ers and ended up, I don't know, all getting arrested at their airports for carrying comically obvious cartoon bombs before even boarding their planes? I'd be laughing at the potential for another 9/11 attempt - so long as the aspiring terrorists seemed consistently idiotic, just as Trump's core actually does.

I wouldn't classify them the same, simply because even if they failed, the 9/11 hijackers had the ability and organization to succeed in their plans. The J6 rioters didn't have any ability to pull off a coup, worst case the police would have been sent in force to clear them out.
There was no interruption in government functioning so it was more like the Baltimore Riots at the start of the Civil War. Incidentally the federal government did pretty much the exact same thing in 2021 as it did in 1861 - bring in the state militias to defend Washington.
