In terms of employability, if the felony charges stick, then yes, it will hurt his ability to work. Potentially may lose his ability to vote and lose his firearms (depends on how MN handles felons, each state is different). The real question, will he be in breach of contract with Rumble? Will he still have a contract and will he be able to stick to the terms when it comes to show schedules. If he sentenced a period of time in jail, then he can't stream any longer. I doubt he will serve any jail time though.

I’d bet direct, honest, sober, confrontations with Nick about his behavior terrified her. Nick ensured people walk on eggshells around him. I know lots of people here hate Kayla and think she’s an evil whore that pushed Nick into swinging. I think Nick’s swinging and hanging with the Amholts (and others) was Nick trying create new peer groups to normalize things for Kayla and the kids. Their former church and homeschool friends would have been worried and appalled. Nick would have definitely wanted her out of that social group, a group she had spent 15 years in, and who would have not thought swinging and drugs were cool. Remember Kayla got a degree in early childhood education, she would have played a key role in the home school capsules for years.
It would have been pretty brutal for Kayla to lose those connections and friends. I’m sure the group telling her they didn’t want Nick teaching some subject anymore was brutal. It would have been the point that Nick would have wanted her to cease all friendships and non-school required social interactions with the Scandinavian prudes.
The local homeschool/ church congregation community became dangerous for Nick. (I believe they are who reported Nick and why they are in jail now). He was alienated from it and needed to Kayla to be too. Classic me or them shit. He needed Kayla to have friends like April, a friend that would fuck him, drive the kids around and tell Kayla how cool and awesome all Nick and this degenerate shit was. Another enabler, someone to reinforce the degeneracy, not push back against it. This is why the downward spiral reached escape velocity once April moved in.
It all depends if the parents get clean. It's not like you get arrested for drugs and have the kids taken away forever. I don't think Nick wants the kids tbh and it's not like addicts always get clean.

It's pretty difficult to lose parental rights in the US. At the max, the kids will most likely end up with other family members. Probably Kayla's since they are in the area.
