My impression of how they ended up down this road is:

Kayla: Hey honey, why don't we try swinging?
Nick: I set you up to get gangbanged at Hedo II.
Kayla: I love it, give me more.
Nick: We have a steady stream of Minnesota 2's coming to fuck both of us.
Kayla: I can't get enough nasty dick.
Nick: Good, let's just fire the nanny to keep up a stream of prostitutes. We'll call that a "snack" budget.

Nick has officially been in jail for 24 hours. First 24 hours sober in a very very very long time. Congrats Nick on your new found, governmentally imposed sobriety!

How divorce-raped can Nick really be if they both get arrested for the same offense? I think even with female-leaning litigation it would be hard to argue that Nick is the reason everything bad is going on in their lives, maybe "Lose The Kids and return to life like normal" should be a poll option.

Humor is all that is left. The kids are forever changed by this. Nick will almost certainly have to move since no one in the area will look at him the same. The next three to five years is going to be very long and very painful. And in the end from the outside this is just a run of the mill story of someone letting 15 minutes of fame go straight to their head. Biggest difference is it happened in Minnesota and not Hollywood.

The only time I ever seen moms lose custody of their kids is a drug charge or domestic violence against the child themselves. One judge let this woman do all sorts of crazy shit until she tested positive for fentanyl and he freaked out and gave the kid to the dad and didn’t give a fuck the dad withheld the kid from the mom despite the hearing being for contempt over that. And drug addict parents are a danger to their children: they can’t make good decisions, they are dangerous to be driving, and might expose their children to those drugs. Fentanyl seems to be in all sorts of drugs now and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick and Kayla look like this because they were exposed to it.

I like this vid on Nick more than all other. So far he didn't pity him at all, repeated this is decision of Nicks decisions and nothing else (like stress, alogs, or comics...)
