If that Fox report is accurate, why isn't Rekieta being charged with possible intent to distribute? Lack of evidence I guess? It just seems like an astounding amount of multiple drugs for personal use plus the baggies and scale but idk. Having that much in illegal drugs in your house is nigger-tier charge.

Refusing to allow the police to execute the search warrant so they’re forced to ram the fucking door open, maximizing the psychological damage to his children. Weapons and lose ammo lying around + large quantities of hard drugs (yes, nearly an oz of coke is a large quantity) in a house with kids.

This shit is unbelievable. What a fucking scumbag
I imagine they were flushing/doing shit the entire time the cops were fucking around, although the article sounds like they were maybe so trashed out they just didn't even react.

"The cocaine isn't mine"

Holy kek, my sides.

And right by your gun? Don't shit where you eat.
I store my drugs in my pistol grips.

The gun under the bed is great as long as the door is locked. You’re a bitch ass libtard goyim if you lock your guns up, you’re gonna get murdered while trying to unlock your safe, when you wake up to someone kicking your bedroom door open.
I mean, we all know he wasn't responsible with the drugs or guns.

"According to the charges, law enforcement attempted to execute a search warrant on May 23 at Rekieta’s home in Spicer and was greeted by a girl at the front door who would not let them inside.

After Rekieta refused to provide the door code, law enforcement used a door ram to get inside and found Kayla, Imholte, and four juveniles inside.

Law enforcement proceeded to search the master bedroom and bathroom, where they allegedly found a variety of drug paraphernalia, including three small baggies that tested positive for cocaine, eight green tablets that tested positive for Ketamine, and a digital scale, and several other items that tested positive for cocaine, charges claim.

Authorities also found a Sig Sauer AR with several magazines and loose ammunition underneath the bed, a spent shell casing on the bedroom floor, and located additional firearms and ammunition in the garage, according to court records.

Police took Rekieta and his wife Kayla into custody, and he told law enforcement that he and his wife stayed in the master bedroom, where law enforcement claimed to find most of the drug paraphernalia, but allegedly refused to answer questions about the cocaine, according to court records"
The second it looks like the thread is going to slow down, a new thing always appears. We will end up finding Mama JF on a shallow grave behind the house, mark my words

For a lot of people it would be. I've known addicts where the first time they saw a courtroom it was enough of a wake up call. I've known others where finally getting hit for mistreating their kids was enough to rattle them loose of their addiction.
Strongly doubt it in Nick's case though. He's way too egotistical and self-assured. Having a built-in audience of sycophants to fluff his ego only compounds that problem.
Yeah I woke up years back by simply missing a few family events and staying home drunk, that's enough for some people
But Nick let it get to child endangerment with fucking crack somehow I don't think his ego will let him anything short of a long sentence or a near-death experience.

If they had time to get the battering ram, nick didn’t have time to flush his drugs down the toilet?
Sometimes when they execute a raid they shut down the water line or whatever, so it isn’t even possible to flush it (that’s what I’ve heard at least). Then you add on a destruction of evidence charge. Either way, I doubt it took very long for them to get in the house.

IANAL, but I don't know if the charges we see being brought now are all that they will be bringing between now and his hearings. They could be taking their time to comb over everything to provide the most complete set of charges? Apologies if my speculation is off-base or retarded.

They usually end up in my range bag if I forget to close it and I’m sure I have a few ones that fell loose rolling around my car.
They do kind of end up in places.
Still did they have a warrant or what? Doesn’t say. Just funny Nick knew he was busted and decided to be a complete ass about it. Now he has to repair a door too on top of everything.
BMJ does not even have the broken door advantage anymore!

Oh look at that. He's also a completely irresponsible firearm owner.

Anything that requires a certain degree of responsibility he is completely incapable of doing.

How are you even alive?! How have you survived this long?

It could be, again I might be well and truly off, that they were prepared for one charge and now have additional investigations that might lead to more charges later.

A...spent shell casing
that's not unusual if you do a lot of rec shooting, my gun bag tends to carry a few spent brass with me when I come home, and they can roll under the fridge or some dumb shit if you're not mindful (or don't have kids/pets so you don't sweat it) but my spidey senses tell me there's a real chance his dumbass ND'd in that house.
