It’s also a distinct possibility that they bought bunk heroin that is actually some research chemical. It would have to be a chemical that doesn’t show up on standard field tests.

Either a teacher at the oldest son's private school or someone tied to the church, based on the fact it was a "mandatory reporter" and the time of day it was reported lines up with the school's start time (enough time for the kid to get dropped off at school, a teacher to notice, and then travel to the station to report).

Can't say I've heard of anyone injecting it for fun either.
You take the liquid ketamine, throw it on tinfoil and put it in the oven at low temp which turns it into powder to sniff.
Granted I didn't know you get ketamine in pills, but I guess you can crush it up and sniff that.
