No. The Judge won’t let that happen. I think he just wanted to do it for Arrignment to get it over with quickly at least that’s the indication I got from what Nick was saying and the Judge’s response and reason for allowing it. Judge all but said they’d have to get different council. And also said at any point both of them could change what they agreed to intialy should they want.
