Yes, There is some possibly shady shit by the police. We have no idea what contained in the warrant. But any good defense would attack the warrant on any deficiencies. That is what criminal lawyers do. I totally believe that the cops waited for Nick to leave the house before executing said warrant and I don't believe it was for safety. They probably wanted to catch him driving impaired with the kid and to attack the weak link (Kayla) without her lawyer husband. The baggies and vial absolutely play an important role because a less than 2 gram difference in what the cops claim and the actual wait of the drugs drops the charge by 3 degrees into misdemeanor territory.

That’s the funny thing. People as big as Nick and sometimes even smaller have handlers to a degree as well. Nick’s issue was he saw the bad shit that happems without those kind of things and just shrugged.
If you are anything like me I watched all the time and I basically trusted his opinions etc. Then he started opening every show with an hour of those "toasts" to peoples misery (dead dogs, dying parents, etc) then he began the drunk streams. Between those two I quit watching because I just don't care about his superchats or whatever. Then I tune in periodically and he's wasted AF or yelling at his kids to get out of the room etc. I feel like he thinks he's invincible because he would never accept responsibility for anything and consistently would just shit all over kiwis on his show, I think he just lost his mind or something. But I know I watched originally because he was saying things I liked: pro Christianity/ethics, pro family, etc. I know even if he gets clean I won't be able to ever see him as that again because now I think it was all fake to begin with. His wife seems like an idiot so I am not surprised he dragged her down too, she seems like a strong follower type.
