Depending on what sort of hormonal or surgical hack job they had, the nerves that are associated with controlling ejaculation might have gotten damaged in the process, as well as damage to the penile smooth muscle itself that is involved in the peristalsis of seminal fluid.

There are so many things that could have gone wrong during SRS, it is hard to narrow it down.

So there’s two incisions one on each side?
It kind of looks like that’s where they went in to take the balls out, and one has kind of formed a tunnel into the body instead of healing? Maybe a bit high up for that I’m not sure. Every day is a new guessing game with Troon surgery.
