Figured I would pull out the best bits from the report some of this is stuff we all already know some is new and some is just nice that they see things as we do.

This seems to heavily favour the pastor named in that unconfirmed doc. Could still be a different person from the church but we know for 100% it's a male connected to the church and it would make sense to be that guy named.

It was reported from a church preschool teacher that the children had complained of being hungry, not being fed, and wearing the same clothes for 3 to 4 days at a time and would start to smell

A) People were noticing how bad it was
B) Not feeding your kids is heinous but I'll avoid moral fagging too much here.

in videos from January 2024 compared to May 2024, Nicholas appears to have lost weight, appears tired, and overall appears "strung out", common with controlled substance users.

Approximately 2:46 into the video, Nicholas leaves to go to use the restroom. When he returns at 2:50:40 he appears to be making an excited look and has a white powdery substance on his nose.

Good to know it's not just us scandi prudes who noticed how fucked up he is, even the law has too.

He got reports from four separate people expressing concerns. Including very bad shit like kids not being adequately clothed or fed.

The details does not appear in the affidavit to a search warrant, they do not appear in the complaint, and they do not appear in ICR. Until someone proves otherwise, I am now convinced it is forged.

If it's real, it's NOT the complaint or the affidavit. It's the police report generated by the pastor going to the police. I would not have expected to see that document attached directly to the warrant affidavit.

So when it says "On May 16th 2024, [police] received a report regarding possible child neglect and controlled substance use", there must be a report associated with that. The police sergeant isn't going to just try to memorize what was said to use in an affidavit. There is a written record somewhere.

That is not saying it's authentic, just saying there is nothing from what we know that would suggest it's fake.
