Forged with dropshadow text in reverse corresponding to the backside of the page, accurately predicting that it was a mandatory reporter associated with the church? I'm not convinced.
I don't wanna derail. But if I remember correctly, that leaked document was dated 5/24/2024 (you can see at the upper part of the picture)

If it was a real document, it wasn't a warrant.

I'm not a gun guy, just looking at the inventory list, could any of these be responsible for the spent casing, or is it essentially confirmed that the spent casing was just picked up from somewhere?

From what I can make out of the inventory, there is a .45, a .380, and a shotgun, but again, I'm not a gun guy so I'm a bit clueless on this.

Also, what the fuck is this handwriting? It's worse than mine and I'm a disaster.
Reading it, it could have been. He could have also had a conversion kit for the AR to let it fire 22. Or they're referring to 223 as 22, which is what it is caliber wise, but it's a very rough thing to call 223.

So the warrant says MULTIPLE people in the community went to the cops about Nick being a drug abuser and worried about the kids. Good to see the church community doing the right thing.
Multiple people went to the pastor, who then went to the police.

The police knew about the appealstream and that it was deleted, yet watched it after it was removed. Does that confirm the police used archived material from his thread to gather facts for a warrant?

Metokur was right. She was probably doing cartwheels. Signing that warrant mumbling “you dumb motherfucker”
Honestly, she probably barely remembers who Nick is as an attorney and just knows him as a defendant from one of the civil suits she's handling.

She probably could not give a fuck about Nick, because he is not important. Least of all to her.

I didn't say it was a warrant, the guy who posted it didn't say it was a warrant. I would say it's probably the writeup of the pastor's report. It also accurately cites the date of the pastor's report which we now have on the warrant, so that's another point for its authenticity. Prior to that photograph prevailing opinion, which a forger would have drawn on in fabricating the document, was that the cokestream was what got the warrant issued. We now know it was a contributing factor but are we supposed to imagine Melton just took a wild shot in the dark that there was also a report from the pastor a week prior, and he randomly got the date and name of the receiving officer correct?
Edit: Disregard that I suck cocks. The Incident Report was posted a day prior and included the fact that there was a mandatory reporter, though not the church connection, the date of the report and the name of the receiving officer.

Remember that when Nick was talking about the nanny's $3k grocery budget and complaining about it to Dax, he talked about how the expenditure was more than back when he cooked meals..... Note the past tense.

Aaron has confirmed the KF suspicion that the nanny quit, his thinking is that she couldn't take it anymore.

Aaron confirmed that he was begged by the kids for SpaghettiOs while the other three were off doing something - probably cocaine.

Were the kids basically being starved?

I absolutely guarantee Nick, who probably practiced before them all before, is well known to everybody in the area, especially in the legal community. He's probably the local lolcow and never realized it because he thought everybody bought his bullshit. This has come up before where he expertly convinced locals that the shit they saw with their lying eyes is wrong.

At the arraignment the judge even said to Nick that Nick had told him the pronunciation of his name before. They all know him.

If I remember right, the spent casings were .22lr, and none of those can fire them normally (there is a conversion device for ARs and shotguns to fire .22lr, but Rackets isn't a gun guy so I doubt that would be the case). There was a weapons charge so I doubt they would leave anything behind. My guess is either they had a gun safe the cops couldn't open before the warrant ran out, or maybe one of the kids had them in their pockets if they were a boy scout or something.

Cool. Get me the copy. I wasn't able to get a copy of it on my end, or to get anyone to confirm it actually exists. The source is dubious at best.
So when it says "On May 16th 2024, [police] received a report regarding possible child neglect and controlled substance use", there must be a report associated with that.
There is. That's the ICR report I posted earlier. If there is some other report, then neither I, nor anyone else (other than the original poster) has been able to verify it. Not even the media who got advance copies of the complaint before anyone else did.

I remain dubious. It is possible it is real, I'll conceded that. But I'll have to see it to believe it. No offense, @Balldo's Gate and @Konstantin Romanov.

Isn't that the day they were arrested? That makes me suspicious.
I would say it's probably the writeup of the pastor's report.
A writeup that happened a full week after the report, after the suspects have been arrested? That seems like a weird time to do a write up. Logical time would have been to do it after a report to have more accurate evidence for the warrant.
Were the kids basically being starved?
The warrant indicates so.
