So in short, the Warrant was granted not because of the pastor but because of Quin's independant investigation into Rackets, and with his years of experience as Drug Recognition Evaluator could tell Nick was under the influence of more than just alcohol. The police raid also proved him right, so there's no way in hell they'll be able to fight the Warrant.

I can't wait for the cope of the lolbertarians. I'm actually rather impressed with how much Quinn was able to piece together independently judging by the Warrant he was pretty much able to piece the whole situation together on his own. I guess not every cop is a lazy pos.

that's really the biggest tragedy here.
if nick had been able to exercise just the bare minimum of self restraint, they could both have had an absolute dream life, forever.
