gossip.. well it kind of stops being gossip when people make an actual police report based on first hand observations.

plus i know this is probably not legally sound, but the facts on the ground that the cops found in the house kind of proved it all right.

Cop finds all that incriminating evidence online pretty easy and it matches up with what 4+ people from church report. There's no information the cop relays he had noticed before the 16th other than witness reports that he received during his investigation that started after the 16th.

Penmanship hasn't been compulsory in the US for decades. Also with the advent of computers, handwriting has declined.

However the deputy was probably writing on bad surfaces. The last page of the warrant has moderately better handwriting.

Snorting coke fits more with the behaviors described in the police report as well. Imagine getting up during a religious service to snort a line. Could have been a stimulant too, I imagine whatever helps dent the atrocious hangovers without smelling like hair-of-the-dog (really withdrawals). What a nightmare to be in, I love some shitty-smelling nugs or a beer once in a while but this just sounds like perpetual misery.
