That's what I'm trying to find. I know for Hennapin County, firearm charges immediately disqualify you from pretrial diversion. I can't find what his county's requirements are.

my heartbreaks thinking about the kids. i just try not to and focus on the balldo or funnier aspects like watching tard nick flip out live. those poor kids must have went though form "thats my dad hes popular online!" spreading it around to now having that reputation be a weight around their neck. so many good memories and positive feelings ruined while they stew in squalor around their parents rotting former opulence and spent love

Moralfag here, i can't stop thinking about those kids, they had the best start a kid could have in life, a start most parents would kill to give their kids, a nice house to grow up in, sucessful, kind, attentive parents, a healthy community and over the past 2 years they've watched it all slowly decay in to a living nightmare with no understanding as to why.

Imagine what they must have been thinking, the embarassment over the past few months going to school in the same dirty clothes "why don't mom and dad clean my clothes anymore?" Waiting for the call to dinner only for it not to come "why don't mom and dad make us food anymore?". The confusion as to why when the amholes show up they disappear for hours "why won't mom and dad play with me anymore? Why are they acting strange?"

Nick gave up his kids to live out an early 20's he missed out on like the gay faggot manchild he is.

Nick lost those kids long before the cops showed up.
