I like how LM is explaining the difference between probable cause for a search warrant and what's considered admissible in court. The threshold is much lower.

In my view some are overstating the impact of that. Generally judges aren't that petty when it comes to stuff like that. Getting insulted by random retards is not that rare and while it is not something you should do, generally it is not as fatal as people assume.

Nick is so retarded and short sighted, that he should have seen this coming and prepared a defense (for the public opinion) for this exact moment that the documents are coming out, because it was only a matter of time for them to come out. No.

Anyone sane giving him legal advice would tell him to cooperate, repent and do a rehab program. The risk you would run in even trying to fight this is years in prison. You take the deal in a situation like this. The only time you don't take the deal is if the warrant or search is so flawed that you would have enough leverage for the the charges to be entirely dropped.

Even if you are a committed drug life guy, you TAKE THE DEAL.

The nanny was the one who was feeding the kids and taking care of them so it’s hopefully not been for more than a few months this year. Aaron is a fucking piece of shit for knowing about this and telling the Internet and not the police then acting all sanctimonious about it. The rest of them are addicts and are obviously worse, but I’m sick of all the dick sucking everyone is doing for this guy who is just some has-been loser who was latching on to the Nick. If I see kids literally starving I’m going to say something to someone.

The oldest kid is 16, I just don’t see a 16 year old letting themselves and their siblings starve like that. Were they underfed? Probably. Was not nutritionally healthy? Probably not. I wouldn’t say they got no food at all though. What’s odd to me is how Nick and Kayla never taught their kids any sort of ability to cook things or make food to where they need Aaron to make food for them. Unless they had no food and Aaron was picking it up, I would think the 2 teenagers could’ve done the same thing as Aaron considering it’s just using the microwave?
