Big thunk on why Barnes is simping so hard.

Barnes has announced an emergency midweek stream: https://rumble.com/v4xz3uh-trump-tr...an-carroll-to-sue-again-libertarian-babi.html

Rackets isn't listed as a topic but I'd imagine given both Viva and Barnes have been defending the Nose on twitter and that Legal Mindset is currently dragging both of them on his stream, it'll probably come up.
So if Barnes is defending balldo because of rumble, expect it to come up in the public portion. If it's a grift, they will save that topic for their locals only after show.

Why am I not surprised he's a noseguard? He was a huge Jack Murphy defender back in 2022, for all we know Barnes is also a degenerate cokehead pervert who's slightly more competent and able to hide his sickness than Balldoman.
Did both Barnes and Jack Murphy have a rumble contract at the time? It would be funny if the explanation for his high effort sweeping for degenerates is financial/ contractual obligations.

Actually we don't need to refer to it as hearsay because we aren't in a court of law.

A quick google shows hearsay can be used to establish probable cause in the US.
"The Supreme Court has defined “probable cause” as an officer’s reasonable belief, based on circumstances known to that officer, that a crime has occurred or is about to occur. See Carroll v. United States, 267 U.S. 132, 149 (1925). An officer may establish probable cause with witness statements and other evidence, including hearsay evidence that would not be admissible at trial. An officer’s suspicion or belief, by itself, is not sufficient to establish probable cause. Aguilar v. Texas, 378 U.S. 108, 114-15 (1964)."

Edit to add - Barnes also did a subscribers only post with what I'm sure is extremely hard hitting legal analysis as to why the SW violates the 4th amendment.

Personally I love the US constitution and I'm also very glad to live in a state where the police can enter your home when it's blatantly obvious you are using illegal drugs and neglecting your kids. because most people don't want to be surrounded by drug use and people who were raised by cokeheads.

Oh shit I can't believe this dude turn into a mega-retard in just in matter of days.
He didn't. Barnes has always been on the line of retardation and even stepping over the line on several occasions. The sad thing is, all these nose guards like him would immediately screech for police to bring in a full swat team if a nigger was in this exact same scenario, but because it's Nick, they have to handwring and collar tug and bloviate about the fourth amendment.

Him whining about Rekieta having to give up his right to own guns if he chooses not to pay bail and be released on recognizance would not be this big dramatic offense if it were anyone else.
When people make jokes about lawyers being killed and shit, people are imagining dipshits like Barnes.

Oh yeah, and fuck Viva too. His nose is so far up Barnes' ass, he could give Barnes a nasal swab with his tongue.

This is your periodic reminder that Barnes's actual speciality is tax law. Specifically cases like Wesley Snipes, where an individual is interpreting tax laws very creatively to not pay taxes. Outside of tax law, he likes to wax poetic about the constitution, gun law, and conspiracy theories (the man has never met one he doesn't like), but his predictions on this front don't really pan out. His batting average is not great. He also thinks he is an expert on sports betting.

Viva seems to be only one notch above Nick Rekieta in legal experience, all of which was acquired in communist Canada, but he is a decent host.

Barnes has been fine to listen to just because he does have some good information about things and cases, even if he's likely cribbing off others. But before this Rackets defense, I was getting skeptical of him being clearly bought off by the RFK team in the past months. I know he represented him in some states regarding ballot eligibility but there has been a noticeable turn towards trying to defend RFK from things while still trying to hit Trump on Covid. He comes across like a Meatball Defender sometimes.

Viva needs to really stop with his act of being completely out of the loop/trying to be the layman looking for understanding. It makes me wonder what laws you ever learned where you continually act confused by things. When we start the mass deportations he should go back too because he clearly hasn't assimilated. They have to go back, they have to go back.
