Barnes' whole schtick is defending the indefensible. That's why he's "famous" and how he makes a living. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being Nick's lawyer.
Holy shit if this happens. The only way it would be better is if the jurisdiction was miraculously moved to Kenosha and Binger was the prosecutor.

---Search warrants should only be performed against drug dealers.
Nick had 26 grams of coke and was likely exchanging it with Aaron's slutwife for sex. That makes Nick a drug dealer.
I can't fathom what he's aiming to accomplish with those streams, or trying to be a streamer at all.
Nick-Senpai does cooking streams, so he has to do them!

Edit: Another 100 fucking pages in the past 12 hours what in the shit

Nate the Lawyer says the county is charging 3 grand for the bodycam. What a joke: they shouldn’t be able to charge anything for a file on a computer. Wisconsin just releases them right away and charges a nominal fee. Minnesota needs to get with the times, especially for a blue state.
To be fair to the county, they probably have to blur out the kids in the bodycam footage.

50 hours to go through what is probably, at most, 4 hours of bodycam footage? What the fuck could possibly take 45 hours?
The warrant lists 5 officers to be involved, so I'd assume that means 10 hours of footage from each of those 5 officers. Assumption: they spent 10 hours at the house picking up coke and guns.

Not entirely surprised.

Minor power level, I got to interact with Nick and Vic after BubbaFest. Vic played songs on a hotel piano, very engaged with me and a handful of other attendees. I don't recall Nick engaging much. I chalked it up to a more reserved off-stream demeanor but maybe in hindsight they were just never actually all that invested in one another off-stream as it might have seemed.
They're not that close. Vic and Nick have both go on off on their own records to confirm that they're not close. They're considered acquaintances, maybe friends, but not that close. Vic didn't even know about the swinging. That's how little they mean to each other. When Nick says losing the case is Vic's fault, if I'm giving Nick the benefit of the doubt, he's referring to how Vic wouldn't let Ty go full scorched earth.

Vic very much considered these people his friends still and didn't want them to get legally fucked and apparently didn't want a legal slugfest. It took Vic a very long time to understand Sabat and Rial were never his friends, even after the lawsuit began. Nick has complained about this for a long time long before his descent into Lolcowdom. It wouldn't surprise if there were things that could've been legally done that Vic didn't want to do. Vic had a really difficult time getting over this. I ASSUME this is what Nick was referring to when he said losing the case is Vic's fault. Or he could just be retarded.
