One of the bigger youtubers will buy the footage, don’t spend your hard earned money on it just for them to profit from. As soon as one person has it, it’ll spread like wildfire. Just wait a few days.

edit: well nevermind, this is me eating shit

You might as well, if only so we have something to wave in their faces when Nick inevitably spirals for the last time and crashes.
Nick, I do not expect you to take any of this advice. But just if you ever want to know what to do and how, here it is.

You can’t say we did not try. All of this is stuff we told you already.

Helpful Advice For Nick (That We Already Gave Him Once)

Personal Life
  1. Hire a maid to keep the house clean
  2. Hire enough people to run the kids around to places so that you do not always need to do it should a Trial come up or you need to take a break.
  3. Should you need to take a break from the family hire someone to babysit or just cut back on the streams until recharged

How To Do Streams
  1. Do not stream every night. Every few days, at most. Monday, Wednesday, Friday for example. Just pick about 2-3 days. However correctly handled content distrabution can allow you to do 1 stream a week.
  2. Keep stream to about 2-3 hours.
  3. I’d suggest 1-2 Legal streams and then a gaming stream or something but with a lore focus in both. At min 1 and then speadic videos on stuff if you ever want.
  4. Actively look for funny topics. As in just silly legal stuff. You love fucking 40K. Do shit on that. The law disection in that would be great. On painting streams.
  5. If a Trial Stream comes up, do not do evening streams while it is happening. Take time off after the Trial to relax.
  6. Have about 1 drink, 1 glass, not a bottle. Do not have bottles and bottles in the room in which you do work. Honestly I’d just probably suggest not drinking on streams, Make ir a special occasion for something super funny like the lolsuit was.
The reason for all of this is so you don’t burn the fuck out. Evening streams daily after manging your life will do that to you

How To Manage Content
  1. Hire someone to mange your internet presence, look after Twitter, YouTube etc. Hire someone to mod the chat, block negative content.
  2. Don’t feel the need to read all of the Super Chat if the streams are going long.If you really feel obligated to, do a catchup stream at the end of the month. There are people that kniw how to keep track of this kind of stuff you can hire.
  3. Have a clear break between each topic, allowing for easy clipping.
  4. Hire someone to clip your content, multiple people if needed.
  5. Split the streams into videos to post on the the main channel
  6. Split the streams and videos into clips. Post on a clip channel

The reason for this is so that if for whatever reason you do not want to stream you have enough content in the can to take time off. If you want to take a break, take a break. And so that you rarely get into slap fights.

Damn he really is Jewish, his AI sounds a bit New Yoik when he sings...
It's not his AI it's the song sample used. The sample is a male jazz cover by a guy who I think is Russian or some kind of eastern European. I personally would've used the original vocals and pitched down the input. Maybe I will if I can track down his AI model.

Imagine the content if Ralph actually actively had his kids in his life.

Horrifying.
The women in Ralph's life had enough sense to grab the kids and run. To get the kids out of the situation. Ralph has better taste in women than Baldo. They at least have some basic human instincts. Which both Kayla and April clearly lack.

Let's run with the lawtube conspiracy nuts on this. Ok, so the police warrant was wrongly executed and it's a political targeting by the judge.
I'm not lawtube so I'm not sure if you're lumping me in with this statement but I figured I'd respond anyways since I've talked about it at some length in this thread: my concern with the execution of the warrant is not connected to the acquisition thereof.

We didn't previously have the warrant so I tried not to jump to conclusions, instead carving out the specific potential execution problem I saw while agreeing with the plain observations so many others have noted.

Having now read the warrant I am glad I didn't bandwagon on the malicious prosecution angle, because good God Barnes sounds like a goddamn lunatic.

We all expect Nick's attorney to attack the warrant on grounds of bias from the judge, and many are doing just that, but I predict there's actually more than the usual amount of evidence in a warrant like this. The pastor's report may itself be largely hearsay but while investigating the officer built a solid probable cause foundation from numerous sources, including voluntarily uploaded footage from Nick himself. It's possible he beats one or all charges but there's simply no question of the investigation's legitimacy; this warrant request was served on a silver platter.

To quote myself:
Prosecute.

Nate the Lawyer says the county is charging 3 grand for the bodycam. What a joke: they shouldn’t be able to charge anything for a file on a computer. Wisconsin just releases them right away and charges a nominal fee. Minnesota needs to get with the times, especially for a blue state.
The government (at all levels -- federal, state, county and local) absolutely love dragging their feet and otherwise obstructing FOIA requests. Any obstacle they think they can get away with, they'll slap in place to discourage citizens from holding them accountable.

Blue states especially are not big fans of making body cam footage available since their crime policies tend to create more crime among "certain" demographics and body cams document their antics far better than the lügenpresse does. Letting the public see what their politicians have wrought is an uncomfortable prospect to them.

I had the bright idea to see where Nick lives, what's the neighborhood look like. I hop on Maps, and this is what greets me once I punch in the address. Whoever did that, I hope you're proud of yourself

Did anyone anyone archive the Aaron stream from this morning? I was in the middle of watching it but then it went private. I have a sick love of watching people who have fucked up come to Jesus with how badly they fucked up. I said it earlier in the thread, but being conscious of being a fuckup is only the first step and he's getting off on this right now. Asking the Judge to charge him isn't him wanting to pay for his crimes as much as it is getting off on being punished.
Nah, I don't buy it from Aaron at all. That is an extremely charitable read of that stream and what Aaron displayed there. He was acting his socks off trying to look horrified, as if he had just realized the enormity of what was happening. And he really, reallyyyy tried to sell this sudden moment of clarity, as if reading that one line in the warrant is different from what he saw, contributed to, and later read in the charges, even if it all snowballed out of control even further after he left. He spent an entire stream telling disparaging stories about Nick for the lols and masturbating to Kayla, partly to piss Nick off, ensuring he (and Kayla) would come out looking better. Now he's acting like he deserves to be punished for validation and to look like the bigger man over Nick who is doubling down and losing his shit.

It's really quite pathetic, and he too should have the decency to fuck off forever.

I suspect for most people in their county $3000 is "go away" money. For the retard army on the Internet, it's just Tuesday.

You would think they would want more transparency to show the public that police aren’t abusing anyone. If they want the money, they can fine Nick and his wife the whole 500k.

The Dragon's treasure wonders if Nick was always just a bad guy:
I don't think Nick was always a bad guy. A weirdo, a lazy guy, yeah. A bad guy? No. Nick is just what happens when you get the perfect storm mix of Success, Money, Alcohol, and the price of all 3 for a man who could handle none. It was probably the only outcome there ever was for him. I don't buy for a second 2016-2017 Nick would've made the same choices as 2024 Nick.

Earlier in this thread, well over 1000 pages ago by now, I said the Corner Demon was actually Future Nick, having lost everything, sitting in a house with no kids, no wife, and just him and his empty studio. He sits in the Corner Chair, visioning his younger self and wondering where it all went wrong as Komm Susser Todd plays in the background. I bet Nick had that moment over this past weekend.
