I got to admit, this warrant is much worse than what I was expecting.

• On May 16th, 2024 Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Dave Nester received a report regarding possible child neglect and controlled substance use.
• The reporter indicated that four people from their church had gone to him reporting neglect to the children, possible controlled substance use and a questionable relationship with an additional couple.

This tracks with the small snippet we've seen floating around regarding pastor Melin. Would be amazing to get the actual primary report.

• Your Affiant knows personally these are personalities of the Steel Toe Morning Show, which used to be in St. Cloud, MN radio.

Officer unironically knows who Aaron and April are.

• It was reported from a church preschool teacher that the children had complained of being hungry, not being fed, and wearing the same clothes for 3 to 4 days at a time and would start to smell. Nicholas was reported to being lethargic and appeared high or drugged driving a car around.

This is probably the most interesting bit of the report. The aforementioned snippet seemed to indicate that the priest thought the kids were not in immediate danger. Aaron had also indicated that the kids were well fed, but there is a significant gap between his last involvement and the arrest. It's curious why the preschool teacher didn't make the report herself. Very interesting the kids were complaining. It's somewhat unclear to me if the kids were complaining about the clothes as well or if that was an observation from the teacher.

• One individual described Nicholas of having injection or track marks on his arms.

This is also a bit weird, I'd understand sores. I'm not quite clear on what he'd be injecting. The Ketamine would be a good guess but it sounds like it was in tablet form. Possibly the brown substance? However, I doubt Nick has anything that wouldn't show up on a field test.

• The blogs are commonly related to legal issues and high profile trials as Nicholas is a licensed attorney. Nicholas is known to drink alcoholic beverages excessively on these video blogs

• On 5/22/2024, lmholte did a video blog where he talked about Nicholas and insinuated controlled substance use and also referenced a video blog the Nicholas put online on 5/21/2024 that had since been taken off the internet. lmholte indicates in this blog that Nicholas needs help and and needs to get help for his kids because of his substance abuse. lmholte points out a time in the video where Nicholas has a white powdery substance on his nose

I think this is what got them the warrant. The pastor stuff would probably just be handled by CPS. Wouldn't be surprised if the cop also went to Judge Fischer specifically because of Nick's comments on her vagina liquor.
