Is the bodycam footage going to show him raging and throwing the search warrant on the ground?
He threw the warrant to the ground and they had to open his front door with a battering ram with his children inside, all while being strung out on uppers and ketamine.

My money is that he's absolutely shitting his pants in the footage and it will be worth every penny for whoever buys it.

If we use a water mark, there's a really good one someone posted in the BossmanJack thread a while ago. It reminds me of the ones on Mexican cartel beheading videos.

Do you think we will get photo evidence of the home? Maybe the cops were UNDERSELLING how bad the house is!
I’m going to bet it was pretty typical of drug addicted households, but not as bad as many thanks to the house being large and not the typical family crammed into a trailer or apartment. Still big props for the Reiketa’s letting a 4,500 sq foot house get cluttered with trash.

I’d also say that his kids wouldn’t have garnered much attention for their plight if they were going to public school in a city or low income area. Hungry kids in dirty clothes is just Tuesday. Hell there’s now pilot programs in several cities that deal with tired, dazed kids coming into school after being up late due to a family member getting arrested the night before. Would have been a service handy for the Rekita kids.
Nick’s kids, however, were involved in Christian home school programs where the standards were much higher and people were paying much closer attention. Even more glaring was the fact that the Rekita kids would have gone from well fed, well dressed, well adjusted kids to the opposite, in a noticeable short time frame as the drug abuse escalated. The community knew they had plenty of money so no one was going to think this had anything to do with financial hardship.

It also shows how relatively recent the problem was. People I know who grew up in household with unstable addict parents tended to be extremely self sufficient. The oldest kids did laundry and kept the younger kids fed, cleaned and to the bus on time because there were no dependable adults. The kids actually help mask the problems in their household, they are fearful of cops, social workers and being “taken away”

Sounds like the older Rekita kids were lost without the parents, or at least didn’t know how to help the younger ones. The kids had no familiarity or experience with trying to hide degenerate parental behavior, even though I’m sure Nick was coaching them on some level given his “after church” corrective talks. The little kids had no idea they weren’t supposed to tell adults they were hungry at home or to change their clothes.

The kids were accustomed to having very involved parents, and nannies, who handled most of the responsibilities for the majority in their lives. Not having freshly folded laundry in their drawers, mom taking the younger ones for regular baths and regular meals served was a new experience and unfamiliar for them.

I think the wheels started coming off once the youngest was in kindergarten about two years ago, but shit went totally off the rails into full blown addict home in the last six months. It was so bad and so obvious the people in community felt it necessary to act.

Other adults in their church, and probably family, all tried some measure to intervene but just got the cold shoulder or cut off for trying. Once those options fail the only thing left is to contact CPS or the cops.

I think Judge Jennifer would have known something was very off with Nick given his irrational behavior during Montagraph stuff. The pastor made his report a week before the appeals stream.

I think that appeals stream was so scary and unhinged to them that they pulled the trigger on the warrant super fastbecause they thought things had gotten so bad the kids might be in immediate danger. Had Nick not done the stream I think his kids would still be in the home while April, Kayla and Nick were locked in the bedroom doing blow. The investigation would have slowly proceeded but it probably would have been a few more weeks before social workers or cops showed up at the door. Nick’s genius stream gave them a warrant in hand in 24 hours.

Barnes is retard.

Even if the people that called Rackets in hate him and lied, even if a person reported based on statments Aaron made that were bullshit, all of that is enough for probable fucking course.

Even if the police did the warrant execution wrong and then wrote up to justify themselves it won’t matter.

A Jury will take one look at that one stream he did and just believe everything thsy said to get the warrant was fucking true.

There is no convincing them otherwise.

Every member on the Jury will therefore think that of course neglect happened, even if not intended, because how could someone that does such a stream possinly be in the right frame of mind.

Even people that like Rackets say he looks coked out.

I hope that we don't have to wait that long. I will probably get the request in asap.

I'm having it submitted by an attorney. Minnesota is apparently very stingy with footage requests. The request will be written so there are no grounds to deny it.
I'm pretty confident you'd get your costs reimbursed through crowd-funding so if you would put in the order in advance that'd be great. That said, I can understand if you don't want to take the risk and would rather wait for the crowdfund. Thanks either way man.

Jokes on you, hell still bable. More food for us.

As has been mentioned a few times you can inject cocaine. It's a bit 19th century but it's possible.
A subtle heroin user can keep their track marks non-visible. Nick's were so blatant and obvious that even "Scandinavian incel prudes" in a church congregation recognized them.

Cocaine does not last very long and anyone with an IV habit jacking coke would be VERY obvious because there would be LOTS of track marks. Heroin lasts for hours. Cocaine peaks are measured in minutes and require dosing again.

If he had an IV habit, the tracks would be obvious. He's an absolute fucking idiot for appearing in front of a church congregation, dropping off his starving, stinking children begging for food from strangers, strung out of his gourd, with obvious track marks all over his arms. What a fuckup.

I think it's seeming likely he went full Seven-Per-Cent Solution and actually was jacking coke like a retarded, autistic version of Sherlock Holmes.

And he was too unable to pick up on social cues to understand that maybe a congregation of "Scandinavian incel prudes" would not cotton to this kind of shit.

Attached is a video of Kurt I mentioned earlier today of how he doesn't want to talk to a mental health professional for fear of being turned in to the police. This is directly after discussion about the pastor's mandatory reporting requirement. And around and around we go. And around and around we go.

I cannot imagine how a grown man can admit to this shit with a straight face, on camera. This fucking guy is a walking future suicide, he knows this, and thinks he's "smart" for not taking care of this fucking issue. There's a 90% chance this dude is going to end up hanging from the rafters within a few months of this post being made given how cavalier he is about this shit.

The dude is clearly mentally unstable, why would anyone trust his legal analysis or advice? For his own sake, I hope he gets his head out of his ass and talks to someone, or at the very least doesn't take anyone else with him on his way out.
i can't support nate. He's a fucking new-yorker
How about you suck a chode you fucking bozo

Meme of people staring at Kurt and their takeaway is "wow, he's so sad and autistic and pathetic! I feel bad for him now!" while the point flies over their head that he's only crying because he wasn't as close to Nick as he'd thought, and he'd still be resenting the pastor to this day if we didn't get the search warrant for him.
Pity is a more insidious form of ridicule and the complete opposite of any form of respect. He's fucking pathetic and that's why I could feel bad for him.

since the stream was taken down, does that mean Kiwifarms or Elissa clips must be subpoenaed for the footage of the stream as evidence?
They'd probably want to subpeona Youtube or Rumble instead of issuing a subpeona to a secondary source. Even if he privates it or deletes it, they most likely retain copies of deleted videos for a limited period of time in case of situations like this.

Also, the search warrant is incorrect in saying it was immediately pulled from Rumble. It was still up on Rumble for awhile longer, and they may have already archived copies.

Pity is a more insidious form of ridicule and the complete opposite of any form of respect.
Pity still feels too good for Kurt imo.
