Has to be reviewed and things like kids redacted/blurred. Every second of it, times however many cameras there were. Why does the body cam footage have a $3000 price tag? The police department sells it?

I don't know anything about Barnes' personal life, but Viva running emotional defense for Nick saddens and infuriates me. Man has kids and seems to be a good father in his own right. I'm very conflicted with his response here.Viva, Barnes and all those people running defense for Nick might actually be retarded. They don't seem to notice the ship is sinking and are willingly choosing to go down with it lmao.
Dumbfuck take. If Nick negates the arrest, then he will be worse than ever. I get that if it did happen (as in, Nick gets clean and becomes a good boy) then that'd be a good outcome, but life isn't a fucking fairytale. Nick starved his children and he'd have kept starving them if he had the choice.
We're well past the motherfucking point of trying to get Nick to pull up and get his shit together. That ship sank years ago. He has permanent brain damage from the alcohol alone, let alone the MDMA and coke.
This is speculation, but he could have been selling heroin on the side. If you're buying coke by the ounce you're probably dealing with a pretty big fucking supplier, not just a regular alleyway dealer. Those kinds of people want as many layers of dealers between them and the users as possible to conceal their identity so that if a user narcs it'll be the lower level dealers that take the hit.
I can absolutely see a higher-level supplier only agreeing to sell by the ounce on the condition that the buyer agrees to purchase and re-sell smack or something on the side. Dealers are much less likely to sing than upper-middle class lawyers who use coke. Would explain the scales and the baggie full of other baggies too.
*Juju the CowDax is lurking.
I hope this is true. I just wanna see #1 the state of the house #2 how nick possibly got that black eye. Hopefully a cop tackled him lolView attachment 6030824
Bro better not be lyin'
It's because there's lots of footage, it probably involves children, some of it is probably not only inadmissable but nonpublic/private (and Minnesota appears to have a somewhat convoluted approach to these issues), so someone, probably someone with a legal degree, or multiple someones, are going to have to spend several billable hours between them, at a fairly scary hourly, to render them as something that doesn't violate the defendants' rights. Its Minnesota. My guess cuz of defund the police crap.
That's actually a good way to invert the lawfags logic 'kids maybe were dirty and around guns but the warrant was bunk' - 'the warrant maybe was bunk but kids were dirty and around guns'
No way, censoring 50 hours of footage will take time.View attachment 6030824

He's taking his word since he's a big shot lawyer I guess. However Sean is streaming with him at 530 EST. Hopefully he'll talk him out of that.
The application for the search warrant did mention they expected to find methamphetamines, or cocaine, as the named controlled substances:Nick has been constantly exceeding any expectations set for him. Until the arrest everyone had a hard time believing he was a cokehead. At this point, there is nothing said about him which would be be considered too extreme to be believed.
Heroin was a somewhat logical path for him to eventually get to. But I would have expected him to be buying pain pills rather than shooting up. Also, I agree they would have found needles if he was shooting up.
Just have it cut to Robert Barnes saying how Nick was set up by the utterly corrupt county authorities every time it shows something proving how wrong he was. When the footage releases, I want two versions. One that's uncut and full, and the other with the Balldo Defense Forces' tweets below it.
His kind have to protect one another.100% guarantee he's going to side with Barnes. I don't think Joe has it in him to turn on Nick.
Oh please for the love of God don't let Jeremy pay for the footage. If he gets it first, then HE gets first dibs, and that's the last fucking thing I want.Good question. Quarter pounder already sided with Barny.
They do in fact change you. They also lower inhibitions. But you are right, Nick always had issues inside. It’s what led him to drinking in the first place.Hate to break it to you but drugs and booze don't change who you are, they just lower inhibitions.
Sup Juju, you should take a page out of the book of Kurt Cobain and suck a loaded shotgun. Same goes for Vito the pedo.
Honestly, I doubt Nick wanted the responsibility of selling drugs and reporting back. That's basically another job for him even in minor amounts. I also don't think he'd just toss it out the window on the drive home, he licks whiskey bottles. I think if he was getting heroin, the cops would've found it. I think small town cops/church goers just thought the sores were injection site marks. This is speculation, but he could have been selling heroin on the side. Jesus - I think I'm sorely mistaken. I may just compile exactly how wrong I am by archiving everyone who somehow eats up the Barnes cope. Why does Quartering have so many balldo stocks?I don't think he'll side with Barnes - I think he'll do an uncivil and admit *legally* "it's not looking good for Nick."
While constantly sweeping moral and personal excuses until he wears the broom out.
