They could definitely surveil him, but since he is innocent until proven guilty they would need to acquire a separate warrant for any non public communications monitoring.

Find your local needle exchange and get a free Harm Reduction Kit. It should include a fresh syringe, water, alcohol wipes, tea candle, tiny cotton balls, tourniquet, spoon shaped cup, fentanyl test strips, Narcan, and a sharps disposal container. Buy some crystal meth and heroin. Do not use crank it is the crack of meth. Select some decent sized shards of meth, avoid using the powder since it is mostly cut with shark cartilage from GNC. Get the brown powder heroin if possible not the Mexican black tar kind. Remove the plunger of the syringe and drop a few shards in and replace the plunger. Expel the air then draw enough water to dissolve the meth, shake it well and push out any air bubbles. Then pour some heroin on the spoon and add water with an eye dropper. Do not use the water in the syringe which has the meth in it. Gradually heat up the spoon until the heroin dissolves then remove it from the heat and drop the tiny cotton ball in it. Use the meth syringe to draw the heroin mixture out of the spoon through the tiny cotton ball. Expel any air in the syringe. Tie the rubber tourniquet around your bicep. On Seans stream, Nate mentioned something similar, that police most likely had surveillance on the property for awhile before executing the warrant. Its not far fetched if they maintained that surveillance after

Because I feel like it would be weird if cops found amount of cocaine worth mentioning as positive surprise... and not continue with more invasive means to find out more. Leaving it to be confessed by people on trial and interrogation would pretty much never yield anything.

FACTCHECK: No, Aaron never said “they weren’t feeding the kids”. In fact he specifically mentioned that he didn’t know anything about that.

Yes, he mentioned that the house was a mess. And that things likely grew worse in the months he wasn’t there.

While he was there, he apparently didn’t feel that things were at a CPS level of fucked up.

That’s a judgement call and I can’t blame him.

Living in a messy house is bad.
CPS exploding a family and possibly move siblings to different foster homes? Even worse.

This is what some folks seems to ignore here. Calling CPS doesn’t magically make everything alright. It can actually make things even worse.
