What's the over/under on him pulling an exaggerated Jimmy Swaggart-style "I have sinned" routine in the courtroom?

I'd give that no chance. Even if he actually felt bad and wanted to repent, I think that the most you'd hear from him in court would be a prepared statement recited carefully, maybe not even that. The only way we get any funny footage of him on the stand is if he goes full retard and takes it to trial, but even then, I don't know why he would testify. What is he going to get up there and say? "Yes your honor, I did have an ounce of coke, but did you know your vagina leaks whiskey?" There's nothing so far that his testimony would mean anything on.

I'm sure a confidential information for the state police would be glad to accommodate him.

That might actually be his best chance at a score. Would be a perfect way to initiate the jail arc.

Correction, Barnes was not fired off that team because of his general incompetence. Barnes was fired because he tried to railroad himself into the lead position with the goal of making the entire trial a show. He wanted to turn it into a massive circus with himself as the ringleader, and use it to cudgel his own ideas. This was is goal and he was vocal on it.

Then, when every adult in the room pointed out this would be toxic to a Wisconsin Jury and would almost certainly sentence Rittenhouse to a guilty verdict, he -insisted on it anyway-.

Then, when promptly kicked to the curb on the recommendation of every other adult in the room, he began -actively sabotaging- the Rittenhouse trial by 'misplacing' evidence he had in his possession and requiring Rittenhouse's team to re-acquire it all on short notice.

Fuck. Robert. Barnes.
If Juju the cow and Robert barnes teams up, who fucks over who first?

They had a $3,000 grocery budged and let their kids starve inside of a McMansion. I hope Nick never sees the kids again and I hope he continues to show us that there is no such thing as rock bottom
They could have had hot food delivered every night with that kind of budget, which would have ensured the kids ate even if Nick and Kayla were too wasted to prepare food.

What is the bar of evidence for probably cause?
It's not a high bar. Higher than reasonable suspicion but that's not saying much. One issue here is that it's just not as sharp a standard as something like "proof beyond a reasonable doubt." And that makes it rare for one judge to tell another that they made the wrong judgement call, because it's a squishy target. And Nick is not a sympathetic defendant that might catch some extra benefit of the doubt on that.

(and in this case I believe the very judge who signed the warrant is currently assigned as trial judge)

I'm disappointed that we don't have this?! (Or did I miss it?)

Screenshots from nobody likes onions stream tonight...bunch of non-redacted reports...I need to see the whole thing!

Who is smart enough to find this cause I was unsuccessful...

What is the bar of evidence for probably cause?
It's low enough and the standard of review is deferential enough that there basically has to be either a serious and obvious procedural defect in obtaining the warrant, clear "bad faith" on the part of law enforcement, and/or (as Barnes and Viva are trying to bandy about) an actual conspiracy against the defendant for the evidence to be deemed "fruit of the poisonous tree" and thrown out as Nick is so desperately hoping for.

Why hasn't Kurt figured out that Nick was never his friend to begin with?
Same with Joe and any of the other lawyers calling him a friend online. From everything that's come out, it's apparent that he's the type of manipulative asshole whose friendship can never be trusted to be genuine.

Also lol, knew it - Fischer was the judge on the warrant. I would have loved to see her reaction.

No it's different...here's more Screenshots...this appears to be AFTER the arrest report and there was some info that had details about the complaints from other people
These screenshots appear to be from a different document? I read this earlier and don't remember those pages being part of it. I went and looked at it again and can't find them. Am I just retarded?
This looks like it could be the unredacted Incident Report. Someone who is less tired and more autistic than I am can probably find it based on this:

Spent .22 casings, no .22, were these related to the "bullet" Aaron talked about? Did they fill these things with coke or something?
Yes. It makes a nice sized but controllable dosage and an easy delivery method to slam back and sniff. I honestly do not understand why everyone is guessing at the obvious.

Are there any facts in existence that points to the facts laid out in the warrant/arrest report (soon to be bodycam) are incorrect? This dumb, addicted motherfucker is dead seven ways to Sunday if everything so far is true.

I'm not nose guarding, merely playing devil's advocate, provoking conversation, I swear!

Did Melton say how he is getting his hands on these documents? Does he know what to request or are they being leaked to him?

yeah you missed it:
It's obviously a different document I don't know why you would post that.

The preschool director is the one that tipped the pastor off.

It also implies that the nanny leaving had something to do with the tip-off - it may have been "nanny isn't feeding the kids anymore" but said nanny went to work for another family in the same church, and we all know that churchgoers love to gossip.
