I'm actually willing to believe he never used any drugs involving needles. What I think happened was someone KNEW he was on some type of drugs, but didn't know what kind. So they saw some sort of unrelated mark on his arm and thought "He must be injecting something".
And the cops noted he had bruises and abrasions on his arms, almost certainly related to his other drug use. I'd hardly blame nice, decent, teatotalling church people for confusing that with injection sites.

Retard faking screenshots. kys
Looks like his “ODD“ is getting the best of him.

He's latching onto very specific issues, that he has not been charged with, and that the government has not even alleged.

"I DONT EVEN OWN A .22!" - He wasn't charged with owning a .22. The police did not seize a .22. He wasn't charged with discharging a firearm unlawfully. They collected casings. That's it.
"I'VE NEVER DONE AN IV DRUG!" - Again, the government didn't allege that he did. The government stated that community members were concerned about marks on his arm, which coupled with erratic behavior, weight loss and apparent lack of care for the kids caused alarm. And again, he wasn't charged with heroin. The marks probably came from using stimulants and scratching himself/picking at the sores.

This isn't that complicated of an issue for him really. Community members reported concerns of drug use, the police saw what they believed to be drug use, they went to a judge who agreed to sign a warrant on those facts. They then went to the house and found that yes, he was in possession of drugs and that the concern that the community members laid out for the kids may have merit. Additionally he was found to be possessing firearms while in possession of suspected cocaine. Pretty simple. He can't refute much of that though, the process by which the warrant was obtained is pretty standard, drugs were found, and the kids looked pretty bad at the time a relatively large amount of drugs were located.

At some point he's going to come off his bender and his attorney is going to tell him to plead to probation. He should probably take it, unless he wants to go full sovereign citizen and represent himself and explain to a jury that the video that they are seeing isn't what they think they are seeing and the cops planted the drugs, because at the end of all of that he's going to get hit with the trial tax.

As expected, he will learn nothing from this and continue drinking.

From the Camelot stream.

This right here is exactly why Legal Mindset made the point that talking in public is a bad idea. He is directly contradicting himself in public and making himself out to be a public liar. Luckily for us he is too wet brained to learn this lesson and we will continue to collect and laugh at his lies.

Is the art piece a carpet? Otherwise, not seeing much reason for a casing to be on the floor.
It wouldn't be the weirdest or most funny overpriced modern art piece considering how things are going these days. But I don't think Balldo has the cunning, wealth, or connections to properly use such a thing for money laundering as such pieces of overpriced garbage were intended.
