Which stream was that? The ones I saw he was basically saying Barnes et al were being idiotic for jumping to conclusions about constitutionality with no evidence. I really haven't seen him offer any support for Nick honestly, but maybe he's been doing stuff I haven't seen. The request for removal was granted based on the timely fillings from both Nick and Kayla from my understanding. (If there is an error in my post feel free to correct me).

Not sure if I'm late on this, but it is entirely possible that the request for removal was granted not because of their personal association but because she was the one who signed off on the search warrant and also because she's already trying his civil case and that could lead to some bleed over.
