Nick is gonna wish he kept the other judge, the new one is known for throwing the book at offenders that use children
It truly never ends for Balldo. Get rid of "judge pussy liquor", who he'd publicly slandered? Well, would you look at that! Whereas she might've shown some restraint and mercy towards his coked out ass regardless, this one definitely won't! :story:

Nick has already hit rock bottom, now he's digging all the way down to hell. Feels very karmic, like years of being a massive scumbag are finally catching up to him because, as Christ Himself said, "it would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones to stumble". And goodness knows Nick made many, many little ones, small in faith or stature stumble HARD!

See that's the problem with you useless fucks.
You're a fucking degenerate fuck yourself so you see no problem in it.
Just because that's what you would do don't project your own fucking character failings on everyone else.

Not everyone would neglect their kids to turn into a fucking alcoholic junky.
Might be hard for you to understand but some of us take parental responsibility seriously and wouldn't expose our kids to deviant coomer shit and cocaine. Not everyone is interested in cheating on their wives or "opening up the relationship" to fuck mid tier coke slut pussy like that fucking skank April while our kids go hungry and have to beg strangers for clean clothes.

We might be fucking assholes that laugh at retards and stupid hypocrite fags on the Internet, but some of us actually have to go to work to pay taxes so niggers like you can get gibs.

Don't make assumptions that everyone else is such a fucking waste of life a few thousand dollars and a sniff of strange would make us abandon our responsibilities.
We may laugh at fuck ups but at least we're not like Nick.
Or you, apparently.

Kindly fuck off. Newfag clown.
0.92 fucks per sentence.

I hate coomalots thumbnails so much. They're more pathetic than the soyface used by most youtubers. He has the most punchable face combined with sounding like a whiny Cal Naughton Jr. sucking a dick.
His whole schtick is to guilt people into being his "friend" and giving him money, likes, and watches. He embraces the pathetic guilt-tripping angle with no shame.

While it's plausible, the way that people's bodies interact with alcohol varies widely. Not everyone that is a heavy drinker develops DTs or other dangerous withdrawal symptoms. You can definitely have a problem with alcohol without being such a deep alcoholic that you experience DTs.

I try not to "this" posts on KF, but this is something I want to emphasize by replying.

Nick was obviously a heavy drinking when we saw him on stream, so I suspect he's a heavy drinker in quotidian life, but there is a big difference between being a heavy drinker and an alcoholic. I really doubt that Nick was the latter, and I would attribute his descent more to the other drugs in the last year or so over the drinking. I could be wrong, of course, but I've known an alcoholic or two and they are a different animal from a heavy drinker.
I knew a guy once who would drink half a fifth of vodka mixed with orange Gatorade as soon as he woke up every day. So fucking sad. He's long since dead.

I'm not subbed at the moment, but if anyone is please let me know how much shit he's talking about Balldo tonight. I'm sure that's what most of the episode will be about.

Tuned in and he is watching Aaron on Kino Casino, and lectured us on how we can hate both Aaron and Nick, hating Aaron isn't defending Nick, everyone involved are fools. He hypothesizes that April may hunt down Aaron with a gun out of humiliation. Jules refers to PPP as a cute Santa and Mike agrees. :heart-full:

I'm always shocked by how little they're valued at once they no longer have a gallery actively maintaining those artificial price supports.
Sure, if they're no longer in galleries/being sold, better hope you have a sentimental attachment. I'd never buy anything I didn't actually care about, and as I said I don't consider art an investment strategy. If there's no market then there's no market. That's a huge roll of the dice. My current pieces are in more galleries than when I bought, and similar works sell for somewhat more than I bought them for (3x at gallery "retail"), but it's art so you still need a buyer who specifically wants what you have...which means less $ or lots of time to sell - I assume it is all a losing proposition, monetarily. The joy I have gotten from the pieces was my driver. My meager collection has gained ground on paper, but I consider it a sunk cost.

And I have also never bought internet-hyped pop artists, and iirc, at least one of Rekieta's was exactly that.

I'd highly recommend Don Thompson's books, The 12 Million Dollar Stuffed Shark: The Curious Economics of Contemporary Art and The Orange Balloon Dog: Bubbles, Turmoil and Avarice in the Contemporary Art Market if you have any interest into how the economics of the art trade works.
Thanks! I've read the shark book, though not the orange balloon dog one.

But as for "artificial price supports," I get it's a thing, but I'm not talking Pollock or Chagall or the ever-maligned Basquiat, or other biggies like those discussed in the referenced books.

there's different degrees and types of alcoholics, and the line between "heavy drinkers" and "alcoholics" isn't really that well-defined. for example, Herbert Fingarette wrote a book in the 70s called Heavy Drinking where he argues that "alcoholism" is a myth and shouldn't be seen as a disease. some people just get really attached to drinking and it takes substantial effort to change one's ways. i'm not agreeing---just saying the distinction isn't really set in stone.

i think that based on behavioral evidence alone, nick clearly has (what they now call) alcohol use disorder. it doesn't have to mean he needs to mix vodka and gatorade just to get out of bed. it just means that alcohol is clearly a big part of this guy's life in ways that it isn't for normal or casual drinkers who can take it or leave it. also, it doesn't mean that he's only getting fucked up on alcohol. the goal is habitually getting fucked up and escaping your life and responsibilities. that's the addiction. that's the disorder. and his public behavior seems to clearly fit the bill.

Another player chooses a side in the lawtube civil war. Not at all surprised he chose Mindset over Barnes.

All completely true. Going back to my original comment, Nick clearly has a problem with alcohol. The point is just that he may not necessarily develop DTs or such severe withdrawals that quitting alcohol for a while is legitimately dangerous to him, as in, it may put him in the hospital or the grave. The guy that downs half a fifth to get out of bed is the guy who more likely falls into that category.

His whole schtick is to guilt people into being his "friend" and giving him money, likes, and watches. He embraces the pathetic guilt-tripping angle with no shame.

I tried watching his stream for a bit and holy shit was it bad. It's boring as shit because he stops himself to babble pointlessly a dozen times before he can actually finish a thought or get to whatever he's supposed to be covering. And his personality/mannerisms are grating and unfunny. He brings nothing to the table, no humor, no content. Can't believe he has fans.

A Kiwi Farms Movie

This is a direct sequel to the Kiwinavian Prudes music video from last month. If you haven't seen it yet, I implore you to watch that before this one (but you don't really have to):

This was a lot of work, and I know there will be some that may not like the direction, but that's understandable.

Either way, I hope you enjoy this. :drink:
Just now watching this on @elb's channel. Couldn't get it to load before. Truly amazing work, man!

He also literal claims we needed to prove why the warrant was constitutional, and the entire stream was co-signing Barnes. He was talking tough to hide his ass, he was absolutely nose guarding

I don't think you watched the stream, I think you just heard other people saying stuff and posted the link. Or if you did watch it you have some grudge against the guy and are deliberately taking things completely out of context. This stream was before any information had been released beside the charges and he asked both sides to prove the constitutionality of the warrant if they had an absolute belief in it either way. And he was simply reacting to Barnes's stream with legal arguments as to whether he had good points or not. Again, this stream was BEFORE most of the information had come out.

Here are 3 clips from the stream. Does this sound like noseguarding and just co-signing Barnes to you?

Here's a clip of him asking people on Kiwi Farms to make a thread defeating the 4th Amendment arguments against the search. He's not saying the warrant was unconstitutional he's simply offering a challenge to make legal arguments for ts constitutionality. (With the information publicly known at the time. As the warrant hadn't been publicly released when this stream was broadcast.)

Pretty comfortable in saying that this is the funniest thing to ever come from the farms, which is saying a lot.

You deserve all the wins.
