Just now watching this on @elb's channel. Couldn't get it to load before. Truly amazing work, man!
Thank you very much :drink:

The YouTube version did require some tinkering, as all the Outlaw King clips got claimed by Netflix. Finally got it working in the end though. :)

there is a big difference between being a heavy drinker and an alcoholic.
A heavy drinker can stop drinking for extended periods of time without fixating on when he’s “allowed” to drink again. Even the foundational text of AA says this and suggests that a person try taking a break and seeing if they have a mental fixation on drinking when they stop. If not, probably just a heavy drinker.

If a guy who’s used to having even one beer every night of his adulthood is forced to stop suddenly, his body will protest. The organism wants what it’s used to. The extremity of the protest will vary, but Nick is far from superhuman, as we’ve seen.

I really doubt that Nick was the latter
Why? He ticks nearly all the boxes as far as we’re aware. I also believe Aaron when he said Kayla was distraught by what she called Nick’s alcoholism. It’s a textbook case — Nick is not special, except in the retardation sense.

Alcoholism is very much about being unable to drink without it leading to problems in the most important areas of your life: relationships, work, finances, reputation, etc. Nick is the fucking poster child for that shit.

The only thing unique about nicks alcoholism is he seems to drink premium whisky’s and liquors. Like one drip being 80 cents. So he’s an alcoholic but a high class one.

Shout out to @jimmybags for posting this in the Gunt Chat. He found this absolute banger of a clip from the Kino Casino back in 2022 of Ralph predicting Rekieta's downfall and the Kino Casino acting incredulously at his prediction. For context, this was posted back during the height of the Amber Heard/Johnny Depp Trial, when Rekieta was at his absolute peak. This is the best excerpt, but the whole stream can be found here.

"It would have to be catastrophic. It would have to be insane what he does."

Well, you know what they say. Time makes fools of us all.

I’m glad you don’t know many alcoholics but that’s absolutely not unique in the slightest.

I hope that the new judge is even more ruthless.

One drug addict recognizing another.

HE WAS DAMMIT.

Look, he's right here. I made a special point to put him in somewhere because one person in Elissa's comments on the first one said they wanted Sean in it.

That's so cool that he played it. By any chance could you get me the video/stream of him watching it? I must see this.
He just finished. Should be open to view once it refreshes.

Not sure what the timestamp was where he watched it probably 1:45 -2 hrs in. He then profusely apologizes for missing it in the past 10 minutes too lol

You've more than earned your pearls so clutch away, the reddit tourists have been especially bad lately.
Tourists are the worst. Gives me flashbacks to Cynthia.
Why Lord, just why?
Is that thing a trans-man? Why does every guy named Corey look like a douchebag?
I don't recall ever seeing you simp since I started reading this thread back in November. You strike me more as the type to throw angry kitties at the crack whores and hope they kill them.
I have a mountain lion for that.

Don’t most hardcore alcoholics drink anything. I don’t know many like you said. But nick was rich enough that he could afford to be picky with a heavy addiction.
They WILL drink anything if they have to. Nick doesn’t need to drink hairspray since he can afford (or so it seems) the good stuff. The price of what a person drinks doesn’t have any relation to whether or not they’ve got a drinking problem. History is replete with drunks who got wasted on only the best.

Alcoholism isn’t about what you drink. It’s about what alcohol does to you and your life.

I've seen em drink mouthwash before. So yes, they will drink anything.
Check this shit out, from a show about weird addictions. This guy was making over 6 figures and became an alchie, got addicted to HAND SANITIZER that he would make into his own little potion. absolutely FUCKED. At least rekeita was drinking fancy whiskey.

On the judge stuff from this morning- I don't really see this as a win or loss for anyone, more of a routine procedural thing that happened within the guidelines of an ongoing case. There were no hearings or arguments, it was just paperwork within the framework of the law. I don't see it as a Nick win as far as the coming trial or any events related to it are concerned either. The guns/drug stuff is pretty cut and dry, and I'm doubtful there will be much there for the judge to rule on. There may be some room for personal bias/animus to come into play with the kid stuff, but it's too early to say at the juncture, we simply don't have any documentary evidence on those counts yet. And just in general, I tend to feel judges can be impartial and rule fairly in these kinds of small town, low stakes cases, even if they have history with the defendant, as exists with Nick here. This isn't a complex case or one with major stakes, and it's likely going to be routine.

In fact, I think it's possible this could be construed as an L for Nick, if you twist your thinking enough. If he goes to trail, fails, then goes to appeals, he's lost probably his strongest appeal argument by dismissing the judge before she could do anything in his actual case.

On them both going pro se again, I wouldn't draw anything from that. It's something Nick could handle on his own no issue, it's basically paperwork as far as I can tell. No reason to rush into a lawyer just for this. I'd hope they're both spending time shopping for the right representation and will have that in place in the next few weeks to give them enough time to get up to speed before hearings proper begin.

The only thing I personally read into this is Kayla is probably still with Nick, or at least hasn't made a clean break yet. If they'd have gone their separate ways I'd expect she'd have found her own lawyer by now.

This stream titled “Rekieta’s Best Defense: The Constitution” which he opens by claiming everyone ignored Barnes’s “great analysis” and that PPP was using strawman arguments

PPP was using strawman arguments. Like what has OJ Simpson got to do with anything? And he was trying to accuse Potentially Criminal of claiming the case against Nick was a government conspiracy headed by Joe Biden, when he wasn't saying anything like that. (At least not on that stream and I haven't heard anybody claim that he's made that claim before. Only that Viva & Barnes and other noseguards are saying shit like that.)

which is hilarious because if we're all being honest with outselves, Kayla vs Marie at any point in the last half decade or more, Kayla wins outright. much like the barbie dream mansion, Dick's life is actually pretty pathetic even compared to 2018 era Ethan Ralph, but all these retards try to live up to his persona instead of the reality.
It's honestly the gayest and most pathetic shit ever. I can to some degree understand how younger people who are socially isolated or in a bad spot in life or whatever fall into the internet daddy trap, but seeing a 40 year old man with a family and more than enough money to make most dreams a reality... and you're gonna crash and burn chasing the approval of a shitty Howard Stern knockoff?

His family falling apart was probably inevitable anyway because malignant narc, but it likely would not have been this dramatic and destructive, and his marriage might have stayed stable enough to at least let the kids grow up more and some of them move out. Instead, this.

Maybe if she'd been able to drink something so thick she wouldn't have ended up with a fucked piece of shit for a son.

I don't see it as a Nick win as far as the coming trial or any events related to it are concerned either.
It shows a slight increase in competence from the time Nick was "representing" April in a traffic ticket and failed to show up even for a Zoom call, presumably because he was so drunk it might have opened him up to a contempt charge even to show up on Zoom.

This time he actually filed something, even though he obviously cut and pasted it from something filed in another county, without even bothering to correct it to represent Kandiyohi County. The fact the court just ignored that obvious idiocy and granted it anyway (as it should have), hardly shows competence.

Nick, and obviously Kayla (who did this completely on her own and doesn't know what county she lives in), filed this thing, obviously defective, but it was so obvious and routine it was granted immediately. Somehow, despite Nick not representing Kayla, they made the exact same mistake in their respective filings. The court ignored it and granted it anyway.

At least there wasn't a fringe on their flag.

So Nick has definitely demonstrated some chops here. He filed something. He was asking for something. The court did that thing!

He WON.
