I don’t think that was a stroke. I think he *thinks* that was a stroke - but it wasn’t.

We went over this the last couple times too. It appeared to be a 'transient ischaemic attack' (TIA), aka 'Mini Stroke'. These are caused by temporary interruption of blood flow (ultimately, low oxygen supply) to part of the brain. In Mersh's case it's being brought on by vape hits (these are known to drop o2 levels). Suffering a TIA indicates a likelihood (33%) of suffering an actual stroke within 12 months. Given Mersh has had multiple that likelihood is probably higher.
The fact he doesn't seem to be taking it seriously is concerning, but as with most lolcows he's taken the 'people who pointed it out are to blame' line of retarded reasoning. As I suppose one would expect from someone with reduced blood supply to their thinking parts.

The lack of oxygen can cause temporary confusion. If he actually had 3 strokes, he would be really fucked up already. You don't have 3 strokes and still be drinking and smoking like that and be, for all intents and purposes, fine.
