I wash dishes with water thats hot enough to slightly scald my hands, and I have also burnt both my hands several times on both sides, I work with my hands all the time as well building up calluses. Along with this I have been doing research into how keratin works and it seems as though calluses, which are made of alpha-keratin is inherently resistant to heat.

What im trying to get at is im trying to have my hands as resistant as possible to burns so will this work?

Follow the techniques of Mithridates and train yourself to become flame resistant by gradually setting yourself on fire. Start by burning for a few minutes a day, then gradually ramp up until you can burn all day without any ill effects.

Yes. Not immune, but resistant. And yes it works the way you think. (I work with very hot things. One incredible older lady who has been doing said thing for 40 years has heat tolerance that is so incredible I would believe it if she told me she did eat asbestoes.

Yes, all you need to do is shout "Free Palestine" and don't stop until the flames subside, the retard a couple of months back's mistake was getting distracted and losing focus, at which point the fire got him, but he was close to succeeding.

Everybody here is fucking retarded. In order to become resistant to something you have to expose yourself to it, but you have to think about it this way, snakes don't just throw venom on you, they have to inject it for it to cause any real damage, and in order to become resistant to snake venom you have to inject small amounts of it into yourself over an extended period of time. Fire is similar in that you should be looking to inject small amounts of fire directly into your veins over a long period of time. I would start out with drain cleaner though to get yourself acclimated, just make sure it has the little fire warning symbol on the back.

Also if you're gunna do this, make sure you have a fire extinguisher on hand just in case you inject to much of the fire into yourself.

By traditional Chinese medicine logic, sure!

My previous boss somehow reached the point where he could take a metal pan out of the oven with his bare hands, unfortunatly he decided that was normal to do and threw away all our oven mits. Everyone else was stuck using dishrags to take pans out and burned ourselves almost daily. So in conclusion, yes but you have to be a fucking maniac.
