Who am I? Im nobody and I dont know or talk to alex, one time alex came here and challenged kiwifarms to a stare off, because I make bad decisions I answered his call and talked to him for a little bit, and now he messages me every time he brings himself to kates house and then calls the cops on himself. Today alex messaged me because he took K8 some opioids she had asked for got to her house and called the police on himself. I don't know when, and I frankly don't care. This might be old news to you all or it might be new content. Its hard to tell because he insane and does the same shit over and over and I can't mentally grapple with whats new and whats him randomly bringing up the past.

He showed me her youtube and Instagram and supposedly she admits to a lot of it in-between her christian fanaticism.
So anyway then she emails him which I guess is mandatory because she took his phone and asks him to bring her drugs, he admits he was going to rape her in these emails, and then then they both schizobattle eachother with increasingly insane nonquitters for a bit.
In the middle of all this she apparently has plans to use their mutual trouble with the law to become a team who sues the cops or something? They keep talking about how huge settlements are on the way for this or that and obviously nobody is getting shit.

On the flip side, I'm pretty sure this entire bullshit is all made up by him and hes larping sending himself emails by k8 in order to trick me into posting her youtube and instagram posts to prove shes the real schizo once and for all.

I doubt he'll get time for the attempt to enter their home, but the assault could get him at least two years for common assault (It's 5 years max I believe). If he did enter their home he could have gotten up to 10 years. I guess no Tribes for him.

According to alex, which is the biggest disclaimer I can put on anything at all, this trial is basically in it's "consideration pending dismissal phase" which is where they agree that the trial facts are insufficient but want to keep it on your record for 6months or so to fuck with you because the judge is sure you did it. Alex doesn't say it like that of course, he says nonsense to the tune of "basically normally I just defend myself and thats why I go to jail but this time they asked for 2 years in my plea so I actually hired a lawyer and their case fell apart the second a real adult was in the room" Which coooould parse? Since the report seems to suggest that basically the police showed up to some trailer trash house, saw a broken window and a broken lawn ornament, and the one person there said it was definitely a guy he hates and who he sues regularly.
As for his general fortitude, kate apparently beat the ever living shit out of him, so yeah strong he isnt. The police report talks about some kind of recent medical history I hadn't heard of where he was seriously injured and got even more brain damage and then has been having heart attacks??? so hes not healthy at the very least.

I don't really know why he did this, and after inspecting the photos extremely closely, I will not be posting them here because Im pretty sure their only crime is letting alex fuck them, otherwise they don't seem to be very interesting. I would like to point out that the paper here doesn't actually indicate but it seems like he really did get charged again.
