I'd just like to chime in as a very tall man (as Pickle Monsta can attest, I am half-frost giant) and I'm here to say that being tall really doesn't seem to have a bearing on whether or not a girl will like you. They will or they won't like you, but height is a tertiary factor at best.

Exactly. For a while when I was younger, it really did bother me that I wasn't going to get much taller than the five feet and three inches my genes/God/the magic ball had given me, but I came to realize that my crippling social anxiety, lack of financial independence and emotional immaturity were FAR greater stumbling blocks. If I continued to think it was just my height, I would go on feeling I had no choice in bettering my life in general. It's not a huge jump from "Oh, no girl will want me. I'm far too short!" to "Oh, who will hire a midget like me?". Why go through life with that feeling of helplessness?

I like how our wizard visitor does exactly as I said they do in the part of my post he conveniently neglected to quote: he supports the nasty, unfair shallowness of "normalfag" society by giving it strength through acting as though my height has foredoomed me to loneliness. All the other "normalfag" posters, however, did not go nearly so far, and they definitely didn't force victimhood on me.

Even when I had severe social anxiety and could barely talk to anyone, I didn't really get made fun of, and while it surprised people when I started talking to them, they didn't immediately write me off as some creep or anything.
