He's listing the following things as "little lies" that accumulate into making a "big lie" being easier to believe.
Israel is targeting civilians
Golly, where to start with this one?
Amnesty International, 2015:

What about the video where the IDF shoot at people waving a white flag? Destiny watched that and decided it was Pallywood, right?
Different incident where the IDF must have accidently sniped a grandmother holding her 4 year old grandson's hand as he waved a white flag. But that's probably Pallywood too and just another one of the "little lies"

It was recently the anniversary of journalist Shireen Abu Akleh being killed by the IDF:

Why would anyone believe all of these little lies? A handful of mistakes, maybe, but these things happen in war!
I mean, you are kinda proving him right - compilation of some tragic stories that happened for various reason (some singular soldiers committing atrocities, some mistakes like WCK, some situations that get out of control like fLoUr MaSsAcRe, citing killed journalist/medics without even knowing who they were) into one, very simple narrative that Israel just want to kill civilians. Not by accident, not as civilian casualties in course of war against Hamas, but soldiers directly killing with orders to not care or kill civilians. All those small stories, mistruths or just half truths and that's enough to conclude.
But this is the big lie. Many times there is some context to those situations that even if doesn't fully explain why it happened the way it did, at least indicates IDF position wasn't just "we went in to kill as many Palestinians as possible". There is no denying that those people were killed - Destiny's point is on how and why those people that and what does it mean.
And there aren't any of those issues on opposing side - Hamas directly targets and kills civilians and admits to this.
It's like Rittenhouse story - kid had an assault rifle, went into riots holding the gun openly and then few people died from that gun. Like how can he be not guilty of just wanting to kill people, right? But no, the fault was on the retards that attacked the guy. The guy might've been ever more stupid that every person killed combined but he had right to do what he did.
