Yeah, it's his below-ESL level English betraying him, though there's likely truth to that, too. If he really did hold down a job and goes home to Gunt everyday, we'd hear from Gunt about how Salad felt tired from work that day, stuff that happened in the office, etc. - essentially stuff husbands tell their wives after yet another 9-5 day.
It doesn't seem to me that Shitlah ever did a legitimate day's work since Mommy Gunt's allowance started rolling right in.
Gunt losing views over time might reveal more of what she eats daily as she tries to do with quantity what she couldn't do with quality for her videos. We know she eats more than she lets on (Gunt lies, but her flabs don't), so we could maybe see more of what's behind the curtain.

On an effort to earnings ratio, I think Gunt's Cameos are pretty worthwhile. Record a really short message once, get 30 bucks. I don't think she'd even redo a bad recording or edit it.
