Searching for this Arabic name on Facebook confirms it - other people have the English name Abu Omar.

This was the answer:

Which means this old Facebook page actually says that Salah has a son named Omar. There are so many lies in this "love story", and you have to wonder if Chantal knows all this (if it's true) and she is lying or if he lied to her and she believed it.

As an arab I can confirm that calling someone abu whatever doesn’t necessarily mean they have a son or a daughter by that name or that they’re even married it’s just something that arabs have been doing for centuries

I've no real point with this but I saw a post of Kaibella's on Twitter. I didn't think much of it, I don't chat so I don't know how all this shit with words blocked or accounts blocked comes up in YouTube chat. I just figured crazy girl was just blocked. But she wasn't, I later listened to Chantal's stream and she caught my attention when she said "you're not blocked Bella".

This is a screenshot of Kaibella's tweet. You can see the latest comment is from "Lil nitty" before she sends this comment.

This is a screenshot from Chantal's live where Kaibella tried to type "Omar". At 27:19 we can see that several comments have showed up after "Lil nitty's" comment. Including one from "Bella" (Kaibella). At 27:51 Chantal says "Vanessa! Hi!". So "Bella" (Kaibella) was not blocked, it was the word Omar.

So I basically have the same question as Kaibella, why is "Omar" blocked in the chat?
Omar has to be one of the most common names in not only the Arab speaking countries but in the Muslin community as a whole. If Salah's father is called Omar I still have a hard time seeing the name being blocked since it's so common.

Most recently is Salah's kid's name is Omar. This originates back from late 2022, early 2023. One of Salah's facebook names was Abu Omar (Father of Omar)
