F1nn5ter spent about 30 minutes on Josh's tweets about him. I don't have time to clip & upload if before the MATI stream, but it starts at the 45 minute mark and lasts quite a while. His basic defence seems to be that he doesn't stream games any more, he bans NSFW comments & OnlyFans references from the chat (despite making them himself & calling it his "battlepass"), he doesnt own the Sissy Supplies site (true, but he advertised for it), and he didn't show it on his stream (he did, and he showed it again during this recent video by "accident").

Reluctantly, I watched F1nn5ter's claims(1) about Josh's posts in X. In essence, he indicated Josh's posts lacked research and most of the information was innacurate.

Was Josh careless when he gathered details about F1nn5ter?

Quick off topic post but I feel obligated to dig up Paulyfrog64's shots at Josh from earlier this year (but Pauly DFE is gonna slow me down) because Josh's segment on him last stream should have been a lot harsher than it was. If anyone needs to log off, it's the Froggot.

It may have been suggested already, but he try streaming stations on RadioGarden. Yes, there are ads, but its not egregiously bad like in youtube. Or he can try the UtwenteSDR for AM and Shortwave listening, but thats mostly for EU listening and it's kinda boring.

I think he did sous vide, but at too a low temperature and for not long enough. He then just did a very quick sear on a grill to get the lines, not long enough to get a full sear on the outside. Butter is not melting because he chilled the steak before sear so it is probably room temperature at this point.

Sous Vide autist here. He fucked up because after it being sous vided you wanna throw the steak onto a red hot Cast Iron Skillet it and cook it on both sides 1 minute each.

This. This is how you add the great sear that "blue" steak has, while having the inside perfectly cooked to exactly the right temperature.

So obviously it's going to look like shit if you don't put a sear on it.

I'm of the opinion boiled meat of any type is unacceptable. We're not Union Army troops, we don't need to live off bread and boiled meat.

It isn't "boiled." It never touches water. And steak is heated to exactly 130-135 or so. The water never boils. You can sous vide in air. The only issue is cooking it to exactly the temperature that qualifies as medium-rare and it doesn't matter how it gets to that temperature. You also aren't losing all its savory elements to evaporation, even when you commit the abomination of making it well done.

Reverse sear is better than sous vide anyway and properly done would have made that steak look and feel a hundred times more appetizing.

And reverse sear after sous vide is perfection, though reverse sear after an oven is also perfectly cromulent and what I also often do.

That was definitely one of the saddest steaks I've ever seen, and I actually laughed when I saw the cold butter sitting on top.

Short of not even making a weak attempt at a sear, it would be impossible to get worse, uglier, sadder looking results than that doing sous vide.

He calls GoonClown a genuine monster and says none of us have seen the TurkeyTom video which says F1nn was uninvolved (I'm sure most everyone here has), then starts going off on ValidL's twitter account. At 1:23:45, F1nn starts talking about Soda. He admits Soda said bad stuff about children, and claims he has stopped communicating with Soda afterwards, despite publically defending him in a past stream. F1nn admits that Soda talked with GoonClown and verifies the authenticity of the screenshots of communications between the ToonCat & GoonClown twitter. F1nn claims that Soda was obviously roleplaying but it still grossed him out. Non-pedophiles DO NOT roleplay about having sex with children and grooming minors. He says he knowns Soda is not a pedophile but "even still, the things that were said to that person was talking about actively joking about minors" and says "it's definately a yikes moment."

Sous vide is probably the best possible way to eat steak imo, but whoever made that one fucked it up. You put the butter in the bag with the steak while it cooks, for one. For two, the whole point of seus vide is that you can cook a steak rare all the way through: you can't do that on a grill because the outside cooks faster than the inside. That steak isn't rare, based on the color it's medium at least, at which point there's no reason not to just grill it.

Of all the dumbfuck ignorant takes so far this has to be the worst. First, the plastic isn't that shit cheap microwave meals come in, it's BPA-free polyethylene. It does not break down at 135 or any temperature you'd ever sous vide at. Second, that is not what a fucking sear is and if you don't sear a steak you're retarded and it will look like Diddler's steak.
