It wouldn't probably be a random lawyer, if it was one. If you were a lawyer you wouldn't be able to see documents like this from a case you're not on. They'd have a protective order at the very least. That's why if it's real, I would lean towards either court staff or attorney firm staff.

I don't get why they would be physical copies scanned by someone though. If you could print them off you would have access to the pdf versions of the documents, right? Why get shit tier scans to post here when you probably have a clean copy?
Because a pdf is much easier to track (and examine). So it could be to make it look more real (Harris agrees) or it could be to prevent digital forensics finding who leaked it.

Whoever leaked this hates Nick:

1) Hates Nick enough to create a false report or
2) Hates Nick enough to commit a crime by leaking this doc.

And the timing of it all on his first public stream...
Doc says that it was filed back on the 7th, right? Nick announces that he's coming back 3 hours ago. 2 hours ago @MNPublicRecords makes an account and posts these documents

This was almost certainly done with intentional timing

Fair. I'm retarded for not thinking of that off the bat

Yeah, even assuming the document to be legitimate—which props because if fake, it is a high-effort and pretty convincing fake—I would guess that the child got exposed to cocaine powder by interacting with objects contaminated with cocaine, but did not actually take it.
A-aron of steel toe said he caught one of his kids playing with Nick's cocaine bullet. There ya go.

It looks very much like a copier.
The metadata is a Ricoh IM C2500, the timezone is correctly set to CDT. 2:38:40 PM local. (or 7 pm, depending on how the copier records time). Dated today.

I wonder how they will blame Eric July for this?

Unless they screwed up sampling, maybe one of the officers had their grubby pig hooves on the baggies and then sampled the hair of just that one child, and whoever was in charge of doing the analysis screwed up the sample, such as inadequate washing...
I'm saying it's looking dire.

Addressed in a footnote for whatever reason
Good grief.
This document is 99% real.

Instead of pushing another revision to be escalated up the chain of commands (welcome to public servant work), whoever prepared and stamped this decided the mispellings were inconsequential and just used a footnote.
Another reason could be that at some point, a government worker fucked up the spelling of her name and it was officiated in some government documents. We have seen this exact scenario played out with Ethan Ralph's ex-daughter-girlfriend Faith "Chole" Vickers, her middle name should be Cheol or some other variation. Her name was misspelt and her family never bothered to change it because it's honestly a waste of time.

Edit: shit, sorry. I will move this post later.
Note: jannies can post in locked threads.

Not necessarily. Null could've come back with the body cam footage today and that would have just been a coincidence.

While I don't exactly trust the report, Aleisha Sweep is a real person from the area with an account on flickr and none other than Kayla commenting on her photo 15 years ago, so the name isn't random. They should be at least somewhat acquainted. Given the circumstances, it should be easy to disprove a fake report... right?
Ghostarchive doesn't show comments and archive.is is down for me, so if anyone more technically competent could archive it proper, I'd appreciate it.

Okay, so a random person. A lawyer. Sees a confidential document which can get you in a heap of trouble for releasing with information about children.

I'm supposed to believe... I'm supposed to lower my fucking intelligence to nigger tier and believe that they go straight to the farms. Not TMZ or a newspaper, or steel toe, but digital Satan instead. This is a work.
TMZ isn't going to be interested. Steel toe is an online begger. He doesn't have any money. And he has his own issues he wouldn't want a "hot" court document to add to them.

The farms is a perfect place to launder a document of dubious origin. Sometimes confidential documents aren't handled as carefully as they should be.

Someone really has it in for Nick. We can expect more information to trickle out as certain milestone events are reached.
Who the fuck names his children AUDREYROSE?
Yea the naming of the girls is the worst part of the whole affair. Poor kids. Asshole parents.
The crappy quality lends credence to an office device, they're generally poorly maintained, never cleaned and never repaired until they fail totally. If it produces readable output and is not on fire then the office staff likely won't call to get it fixed.
Got that right. The shit I have at work is used and abused. Fuser is fucked and the paper jams in every possible part of the paper path. Fuck copiers so much.

I don't get why they would be physical copies scanned by someone though. If you could print them off you would have access to the pdf versions of the documents, right? Why get shit tier scans to post here when you probably have a clean copy?
For long term document retention many places have policies that it can only be stored in paper form.

There are soo many random things like this in there, if someone faked it, kudos. You've mastered the production of fake documents. Plenty of reasons to think it could be fake. Plenty of reasons to think we're just operating with the product quality of your typical small county government employee.

Think about it, if fake, someone went through the effort of identifying an Aleisha Sweep to include in the document and then randomly misspelt her name? Why?
