I wonder if law enforcement and everyone at the local court house in his small town just fucking hates Nick at this point and they are aware of this site and leaking shit on purpose to fuck with him. I certainly would want to ruin this guy if I found out this guy was giving his child cocaine and possibly abusing her and he just keeps doing livestreams online painting himself as a victim.

This raises some interesting thoughts, if this is real then it's highly prejudicial and this leak might just effect Nick's chance at a fair trial. But more than that it plays into the local conspiracy defence almost perfectly, if someone is actually leaking this shit (as opposed to just making up bullshit) because they hate Nick then they should stop. Nick eventually being in prison would be a much better result for this Nick Hater than Rackets catching extra shit on the internet right now over some unverifiable reports.

They should be at least somewhat acquainted. Given the circumstances, it should be easy to disprove a fake report... right?

Given the information concerning Balldo's lack of care concerning exposure of minors to his cocaine, I would find it easy to believe that Nick left shit out where children could have access to it either out of laziness, lack of real care, or by accident.

The only thing that I find hard to believe is that upon being exposed to cocaine, the child sniffed it up—either inadvertently or purposefully—with such a dosage that it would show up in the concentration that it did. I think it's more likely that a nine year old child could have messed with it or touched it. I could also see the child ingesting it because it was mistaken for another substance, like a sugary powder.

Either way, it's dire.
