Hair testing can detect drug use over a longer duration of time. A piss test only picks up drug use in the short term.

Sure. Apparently they're the test of choice in family law cases here in the uk, presumably for that very reason. I guess the courts would want the most forensically detailed test they can get where there are kids involved.

anybody who works at the court, or at the child care agency that is involved in the case, or for any of the attorneys involved in the case.
there could easily be over a dozen people who can get their hands on documents like this.
IT / Consultancy people can get a hold of these items. I wonder if its possible that some one who works tech at MN or is contracted via IT has access to servers and grabbed it. Many tech consultancy firms are given literally the keys to the castle including juvenile judicial systems after signing massive NDAs which explains the burner account.

Its definitely possibly real and its more than just the case workers who potentially have access.

The Quatering tweeted this out then deleted it 20-30 mins later. Glad I still had this in my clipboard.

I'd also say that a hair test is less invasive than making a bunch of potentially traumatized kids be watched while they pee in a cup

Misspellings are actually making me inclined to believe it (though I don’t want to). Not only did they saddle the poor girls with those names, but “Rekieta” is also fairly commonly misspelled in known official documents, with “ei” instead of “ie”.

Legal Kiwis, would this make any discernible impact on the case?

(also, fuck Nick and Kayla anyway, fake or not, just for good measure)

Mis-spellings do not affect the case. Unless you are a SovCit and THINK they do...

Don't forget there was the incident where he had to cancel a stream because someone in the house needed to be constantly monitored. If she saw a pile of "sugar" and swiped her finger through it to eat it that could be the cause. I'm assuming it'll show up in a follicle test no matter how it enters your system, but I'm no expert.

I recall this, and I am searching for the post. Xenforo search is arse.

I think it is entirely possible that this document is real, except for the part about the daughter testing positive for cocaine.

If Nick somehow comes out with proof that his daughter did not in fact test positive for cocaine relatively quickly, like on tonight's stream, then I will be even more convinced.

Potential Rekieta plan:
1. edit real document that has no new embarrassing information to include an outrageous fabrication
2. leak document just before big return stream
3. rant and rave about the evil kiwi farmers and big guvment conspiring against you
4. produce proof that the fabrication is indeed a fabrication
5. all detractors now look worse and you rake in sympathetic paypig donations

He is not that smart.

The leaker took screenshots from the public terminal, used an application that turns the screenshots into a PDF file by adjusting for threshold, distortion, turns the file to black and white and so on.

I'll just leave this here, water stain. Biggest blob was on page one of course.

Guess what?

So if the leaker can post this same document from other views...

Also no, the leaker won't be in "deep waters", they're just gonna give whoever this was a scolding and tell them to fuck off back home.
That's assuming they even care to pursue the leaker, since they wouldn't even bother with LAWPOPE mustang unregistered, expired tags and licenses being a menace on the roads most of the time.
