Assuming this is what the medical emergency was, would this not imply that they did not take the child(ren) to the hospital?

I'm not sure what kind of symptoms a child would have to display for an E.R. doc to go, "hey maybe we should do a drug test on this kid," but if the child overdosed on coke, that would result in a rather swift arrest of the parents, no? If they chose to "monitor" the doped up kid at home instead of calling 911 or driving to the hospital, that's an even lower level of fucked up. Addicts will let their "friends" die of an overdose and drop their body off somewhere because they ain't about to catch a charge or get arrested on their outstanding warrants by calling 911.

This would really show they only care about themselves and their own self-preservation, in true addict fashion.

If you (or anyone else) choose to go, I would strongly encourage you to first verify with staff before using the terminal to ensure there is no ambiguity with what documents you are allowed by court rules to view and/or print.

Normally when I posted Rekieta's documents I'd get them printed and receive them from a court clerk, and the guy in the law library is more than happy to help to scan them so I can post them here. Seeing how the documents are already up on KF I won't be printing anything, I'll just view the documents, maybe take a pic with my phone of the cover with today's newspaper with something like "Sneed" written on to verify it's varsity. I will do my due diligence and ask. Wouldn't getting declined to view the documents also be enough to verify it's existence?
