I have been waiting for Aaron to address that since he started sharing his stories (especially as it involved one of Nick's children having an emergency that they didn't go to the hospital for) and it was adjacent to the hot tub stream he did with Nick, Kayla, and April.

Aaron may not have been around for whatever it was, but after telling the story about how Nick left a bullet of cocaine at his house where his kids were playing (on the couch) it seems unlikely that Aaron would be genuinely surprised that children were getting exposed to drugs at Nick's own house.

I think the most plausible explanation is that the kid was getting into the coke, and the four adults were too fucked up to know or care. But if they *did* know, I guess it’s a good thing all of the adults were too stupid to consider cutting the girl’s hair.

Thinking aloud more or less. If the kids have been hungry and not been kept as healthy as possible, then the quality of the hair follicle was probably not great. That makes me think this would be a bit on the shorter end of the limit of detection of the test. Closet to 90 days. That said, a 5000 pg(C)/mg result is high. It makes me *thunk* that either this was on the limit of the 90 day test and was a sizable amount of coke or this has happened since then again.

Wouldn't matter. The test is conducted at the root and the hair is cut to ~4 cm. They'd have to have shaved the kid bald to prevent the follicle test. Luckily they were too stupid and strung out to think about or try it. That little girl has been through enough.
